Marielle Stokkelaar

Everyone loved my red dress at a gala! So happy!

The material is very, very nice. I love the dress. It’s a bit short, but just in the front. The dress is BIG and sassy which is nice and the solid color allows you to act as though you’re working on a blank canvas. Add a statement necklace, drape a fancy scarf, add red shoes or wear your red glasses. It’s a fun one.

Super quick and great quality and unique.

I ordered 3 dresses - 1 was damaged and returned and the 2 others were never delivered.

I am waiting for more than 2 months for the refund and there is no news... They keep on saying that they have transferred the request to the billing department but there is no follow up and no refund

I would definitively refrain from buying from that company unless you are certain about the size

thank you for your excellent service

Zeer slecht bedrijf!

Koop hier ajb niets!

Great dress. Took a little longer with delivery but the company sent me emails
Explaining the delay and it was delivered from out of Australia within 3 weeks. Very happy. Great quality and would love to order more styles.

Warning, do not purchase from this company. They offer no exchange or refund on there permanent on sale items, leaving you with a $400 au + purchase with no option but to accept, even though it’s illegal. On their website it clearly states a refund within 14 days, however as there items are constantly on some sort of promotion they therefore excluded. Actually so disappointing as the dress was beautiful, just wasn’t the right fit and as they give a size range, no actual measurements, it’s insane that they offer no exchange let alone a refund!

I wish the skirt were a little longer, but it’s lovely!!! Excellent quality and very quick shipping.

Excellent quality, i am a lady of 60ish and the style is flattering, hip and exciting. Excellent fast delivery. Looking forward to ordering again.

Zeer slecht retourproces.

Love the dress fits perfectly everyone loved it and I ordered another dress and am waiting for it thank you

I ordered a dress from Marielle Stokkelaar and I returned it over 6 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a refund. They have not replied to me last request and the process has been exceptionally difficult. I have purchased many items online overseas and o have never had an issue with receiving a refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer online. They are unreliable, unresponsive and do not refund according to their terms and conditions.

The dress didn’t fit. I was offered 20% refund if I kept dress and got it altered. I agreed to this but no refund has been received despite several emails! Another company that does absolutely everything to discourage refunds and zero customer service!

Amazing service!

Prompt service. Delivered accurately!

Fast and efficient order processing and delivery. High quality product, as expected.

Great dresses!
