Am Tag meiner Bewertung kam eine Nachricht, dass die Sendung eingegangen sei, aber man sie nicht fände. Man würde mir aber binnen 5-7 Tage die Rückerstattung überweisen. Das wäre vor 3 Tagen gewesen, bisher ist nichts passiert. Bin gespannt.

Positiv:
- Problemlose Bestellung und Lieferung.
- Ansprechender Schnitt des Produkts.
Negativ (Retourenabwicklung):
- Extrem bürokratischer Prozess: E-Mail mit Begründung PLUS separate Portal-Anmeldung erforderlich.
- Retoure ist laut Hermes-Tracking nachweislich bereits am 25.08. eingegangen.
- Bis heute keine Bestätigung des Retoureneingangs.
- Bis heute keine Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags.
Fazit: Der langwierige und kundenunfreundliche Rückgabeprozess überschattet die eigentliche Produktqualität komplett.

Auch ich habe ein Kleid retourniert und zwar am 15.07.2026 ,mit Beleg das es angekommen ist und seitdem warte ich auf mein Geld.Es kommen immer nette Mails von einer Mitarbeiterin mit der Ansage das Geld würde zurück überweisen.Finger von dem Shop lassen absolut
kriminell.

I purchased two Phoebe dresses in the annual 40% off end of summer sale. I love these dresses. Quality is amazing. Shipping through DHL was very fast. Keep in mind that a signature is required on delivery. I will definitely purchase again in the future.

3 weken en 3 dagen geleden werd mijn kleed gertourneerd.
Zie ook voorgaande review : tot op heden geen bedrag op rekening ondanks talloze mails en belofte dat terugboeking vorige week zou gebeuren.

Prachtige rok, maar zeer slechte ervaring met de retourbetaling

De rok die ik bestelde was prachtig van materiaal, maar stond mij helaas niet mooi. Daarom heb ik hem geretourneerd. Volgens PostNL is mijn retour op 22 augustus door Marielle Stokkelaar ontvangen.

Sindsdien heb ik meerdere keren contact gehad met de klantenservice en zijn mij verschillende termijnen voor terugbetaling toegezegd. Helaas zijn deze termijnen telkens verstreken zonder dat het geld werd teruggestort. Inmiddels zijn we bijna een maand verder en heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet ontvangen.

De klantenservice reageert wel vriendelijk op mijn e-mails, maar verwijst steeds naar het facturatieteam en ondanks toezeggingen gebeurt er niets. Uiteindelijk heb ik daarom mijn creditcardmaatschappij moeten inschakelen en een chargebackprocedure gestart.

Heel jammer, want het product zelf vond ik prachtig. Maar de manier waarop mijn retour en terugbetaling worden afgehandeld, maakt mijn totale winkelervaring helaas zeer negatief.

Ik zal deze review updaten zodra de terugbetaling daadwerkelijk is ontvangen.

UPDATE: Twee dagen nadat ik deze review op Trustpilot had geplaatst, heb ik alsnog mijn geld teruggekregen. Opvallend, aangezien mijn retour al op 22 augustus was ontvangen en ik daarvoor wekenlang, ondanks meerdere toezeggingen, op de terugbetaling heb gewacht.

Ik ben uiteraard blij dat het bedrag uiteindelijk is terugbetaald, maar mijn ervaring met de afhandeling van de retour blijft helaas hetzelfde. Daarom laat ik mijn oorspronkelijke review staan.

Quick delivery, well made dress.

I bought two dresses on sale, so I basically got 2for1 - that was the first ⭐️

The dresses looks exactly like the ones on the webpage - that’s ⭐️ number 2

The fabric looks and feels really nice, even the more stiffer dress that I bought - that’s ⭐️ number 3

Then there are the colours of the fabric, so bright and shining - that’s ⭐️ number 4

The packaging, the little cards in the box and the shipping which were pretty quick - that’s ⭐️ number 5.

I think I will be very happy with my purchase🙏

Your clothing line is delightful. Excellent design that works perfectly, looks beautiful and makes you feel so femine and pretty. The order and delivery process works very well. I cannot grade returns because I haven’t returned anything.

The experience with Marielle Stokkelaar is the difference her dresses create. Everytime l wear one of her collections l am complimented in the style. This makes me feel so much better for choosing her designs over other.

I have bought 3 dresses already and I love them. The fabric is cotton and I love it.
