I paid for home delivery and by chance I was home all day sick the day it was to be delivered, but it was sent to a postbox instead.

Most excellent, exemplary customer service! This is a company that really cares about your experience. The bag and purse I ordered are gorgeous, beautifully made. I ordered from The Netherlands and it was here quicker than expected. Nice and mindful packaging as well. 6 stars for Markberg!
