Not even a 1 star, its a scam. People from the Netherlands scamming Canadians.
Website has gen ai people all over it as well as stock images stolen from other people online saying its mark and sarah. They say theyve been in business for 15 years, but the website shop has only existed for 4 months same with the registration of the domain name.... it never existed prior to that and zero social media is a huge red flag.

Its actually connected to Enviro Ecom which is not in Vancouver at all but registered to the Netherlands who operate the website and own the domain name its connected too.... neither of the ppl who own Enviro Ecom in the netherlands are even named Mark or Sarah lol.

Its fake product bought in mass production from china. Mark and Sarah do not actually exist as those are not the names of the ppl who own it in the Netherlands.... looks like they are trying to capitalize on canadians buying canadian business stuff but nothing at all is connected to canada... nothing is made in canada, its not a canadian business and they are not real stories/real people.

10000% scam, fraud and deception practices. You can report these as scams and FB does take them down 💪 but sadly they often put up so many ads under different pseudo accounts its hard to get em all.

Look up lily and Laurent, also a scam through FB like this that was also done by similar folk to this!

You can find YouTube videos debunking this business and proving its fraud, reddit posts and research its a scam and looking up the public domain info on the domain and website prove its only existed 4 months and the company is in the netherlands...neither of which a mark or sarah own. And their images of themselves are ai generated.

Big scam folk. Block and report! Do a charveback to get ur money back if you bought from them and report their ads/your orders on shopify so it gets shutdown.

Not even one star really. They give the run around and don’t even listen to what you are explaining. Honestly I don’t think they understand the English language. I ordered an adjustable copper ring. The reason I ordered it is because it was adjustable and it wasn’t. but the sad thing is the ring isn’t even copper. So they said they could send me a bracelet if I pay for the shipping. I don’t want their products. Because it’s not true copper. It’s like they have canned responses that make no sense whatsoever. I gave them over a month to make it right and said I would leave a positive review if they would just give me the refund. But they didn’t even care. I’m done . I hope no one else has to deal with this and that’s why I wrote this review. Sorry guys I would have to label you a scam company,

I ordered one bracelet, all of a sudden became two. I tried to cancel my order withing 5 minutes and advised it had already been shipped. Many emails back and forth promising a refund which never seems to appear. Really shady company. Definitely not in Vancouver as advertised. Watch out. They should be charged.

Trying to make a return/ refund these people play games, ive sent 7 emails, with photos as requested. Dont trust this company

I ordered a bracelet (which I have not received) and the company aded a ring using my credit card which they kept on file and charged me for a ring I nevered ordered. Fradualenty used my credit card without my permssion.

A bracelet I purchased had the "sun"portion fall off in less than 3 weeks of owning it.
I emailed the support email as instructed on their website where I received a request for photos which I promptly provided, and then sent for a 2nd time to ensure they received the photos. No more communication.

After purchasing a jewelry item that turned out to be faulty I started the process to return it immediately. This created the need for emailing the "company" and it's been an ongoing back forth with delayed responses. There was no Vancouver warehouse address they could provide and I finally was given a China address to return the item.
I will be hoping I get my money back, but based on their vague and confusing responses so far, I'm scepticle at best.
I do not believe this is a Canadian company at all.

I ordered a bracelet in good faith August 13th thinking it was a CDN company. To find out the bracelet came from China. It finally came; but the wrong one was sent. I contacted them saying I got the wrong bracelet. Back and forth emails; now totally ghosted and no exchange or full reimbursement. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!

My mom loved the cardigan I got her from you guys. Appreciate the kind service in helping me pick ❤️
