i2 holder warranty concern - still no response to an email I sent over two weeks ago.

I’ve also tried reaching out through the chat and sent a follow-up email from another address, but have yet to hear back from anyone.

I’m hopeful someone can respond and help address this, as we’ve had great customer service with past purchases. Unfortunately, if I can’t get a response, I’ll likely have to go back to Bauer holders and reconsider my rating, including changing it to 1 star.

Really hoping this can be resolved, as my son would much rather continue with the i2s.

A really good team—they respond quickly, and everything is reliable. The problem was resolved within minutes. Very nice and polite, no matter the situation.

I played a lot more ice hockey in life, but when I moved to an area with very limited rinks I switched over to Roller Hockey. The movements of a traditional hi-lo skate is a lot stiffer in movement than what you can do in skates. The Marsblade R1 let me transfer those skills on the ice to the roller rink. They make me feel much more responsive, allowing me to more agile and a contender on the rink.

I was hesitant on making the purchase, but I'm so glad I did. The Marsblade R1 are not going to better skater alone, but they really unlock more potential by catalyzing your dynamic foot movements where other chassis cannot.

Fast shipping. Great price. My son loves them. He’s on them everyday and as soon as he put them on he said there is a HUGE difference between these and his CCM’s he has been wearing for a year. True to advertisement, they feel more like ice skating.

Great product, my daughters loves her Marsblades ice skate holders.

my marsblades came with a clicking noise and one wheel fell off after two skates and wont go back on

So after watching quite a few YouTube videos. I decided to roll the dice and see if the marsblade I2 ice hockey blade towers and tech would be something that helps my game. So I put them on my old skates and boy do they deliver. Its like going from a regular car to a sports car for so much more turning ability and really helps with foot races on more break out speed. Currently running 17ft rocker inserts. You can't feel them move while on the ice. But you can feel the results and the stability. I'm changing out my towers on my good skates now after trying them on my backup skates. I skate 3 to 4 days a week and are in my 40's. Don't be afraid to try these. You won't regret it!

Amazing blades

Fantastic product. My looks like a different kid out in the ice.

The box had been opened before I got it and taped shut. Skates were not packed with any paper, etc, sliding all over inside the box. The instructions were folded and dog eared and the tools were loose and not in a bag. It looked like I bought a pair that had been returned or maybe a floor model.

This is our fourth pair of Marsblades and it was disappointing.

After posting this review, Axel from Marsblade contacted me and wanted to hear more about my concerns. He advised that he would follow-up on this issue to try and make sure that the products are packed more securely and appropriately in the future. I appreciated his time and concern, it was excellent customer service and I was refunded for my shipping costs. Thank you Axel!

As someone who purchased the first iteration from the Kickstarter back in the day it’s incredible to see the improvements. My son is now in his 2nd pair. From order to delivery and then the reimbursement process the team truly goes above and beyond in every regard.

Very nice and make products worth buying. One time I bought two i2s and forgot the runner case they happily added it in with a discount. Not the fastest shipping to Atlanta though

Bought an extra set of coated blades on the program. As usual customer service is impeccable. Fast shipping to US.

When I ordered they had to ship out of Sweden. The customer service was excellent. They kept me updated along the whole way. Great communication. I have bought the I2 DLC Kit and O1 Prospect blades. Both products are amazing and I love the feel of the rollerblade. It does feel almost as your on ice.

Marsblade is a well-known name in the Inline (Roller-hockey) hockey community, so when I saw they offered a cool product for ice hockey with a special program, I had to investigate.
I chose the I2 DLC Kit because it seemed like a great balance of price and quality.
After installing the kit, I've skated three times and I'm already impressed. The initial feeling was a little different for about five minutes, but then it felt completely natural.
What really makes this worthwhile is the special I2 program, with its discount and free mounting credit. I highly recommend checking it out while it's still available!
