The customer service team did a great…
The customer service team did a great job helping me understand sizing compared to CCM skates and were very responsive.
Shipping and tracking were spot on.
The blades are awesome and have helped me keep up with my kids playing roller hockey after 20 years without skating on inline skates.

From what you have told us, you may have to loosen the bushing kit to feel the rocker even more. Please try that to take advantage of the patented Flow Motion Technology.
Also, we're sorry to hear the information regarding import fees passed you by, as that is not our intention. We mention these fees at our checkout before you place the order!
When importing goods to Canada from Sweden, your order will be subject to the Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
This tax is charged by your border agency due to Canadian customs regulations. The tax rate varies depending on province, though this can be calculated via the CBSA, as it is based on the value of the imported goods.

I ordered weeks ago and my roller blades got the label for shipping and said I’d get them in 3-4 business days and had an estimated time to get to me last Tuesday, they still have yet to ship to me…

Customer service comes through on warehouse issue
Update: Marsblade customer service responded quickly with a resolution that gets me new skates from the US warehouse.
Original: I wish this could have been a positive experience; I'm still hoping it can be. I originally ordered Re:skate O1 Prospect on June 1st, with delivery finally occurring on June 14th; I hadn't realized they'd be shipped directly from Sweden, and even then, delivery time stretched beyond estimates. Having finally received them, I was surprised to discover I had received two left skate boots, which is an unfortunate quality control mistake. I'm hoping customer service can swiftly address the situation, but it's definitely frustrating.

We do have two warehouses, one in the US and one in Sweden. All of our Re:skates will be shipped from Sweden since we don't have them in stock in the US warehouse.
We are sorry to hear that you received two left skates instead of a pair containing one left and one right skate.. This must have been a mix-up by the warehouse guys.
Regardless, I have sent you an email with a solution already. You will have the correct skate received soon.
