Marshall used to make very good amps


Marshall used to make very good amps and Bluetooth speakers. I had 2 Woburn 1 and I decided to "upgrade" so bought the latest Woburn 3 and it sucks balls to the max. Cheapened materials and cut cost. I won't support buying it anymore unless they bother to change.

It's disappointing that Marshall ships


It's disappointing that Marshall ships speakers incomplete without a power adapter. The item out of the box for some speakers is literally an incomplete item. Horrible and cheap business practice.

Warranty

My headphones got the ANC button damaged, i searched for warranty replacement through the website, they replied to me really fast via email, the issue was solved the next day and i was provided a new pair of headphones immediately that same day. I’m really pleased and satisfied with the customer service and the warranty.

Warning! Marshall Vintage SV212 cab.

Warning: Not plywood as advertised - Made of particle board!
Review:
I recently bought the Marshall SV212 Studio Vintage cabinet, which is marketed as having a plywood construction. However, after taking it apart, I discovered that ONLY the front baffle (where the speakers are mounted) is made of plywood. The entire rest of the cabinet — top, bottom, and sides — is made of cheap, low-quality particle board.
For a "Made in England" cabinet in this price range, this is deceptive and unacceptable. Marshall is promising premium materials but delivering "China-quality" budget construction. If you are looking for a resonant, durable all-birch plywood cabinet, look elsewhere. Very disappointed in Marshall's lack of transparency.

Thank you for your review and feedback. The entire cabinet for the SV212 is made from beech-faced poplar ply. This means the outer face of the wood is beech, and the inner layer is made of poplar plywood. This cabinet has never been made from chipboard or particleboard.

My earbuds developed a fault a few


My earbuds developed a fault a few months before my warranty expired and marshall customer services resolved my issue quickly and efficiently via emails. Gge faulty products were replaced . Great customer service.

Great products and even greater support. When I got issues on my earphones I got in touch with Marshall’s support and everything was sorted out very quickly. I couldn’t recommend more this brand.

Marshall simply the best!!

Marshall products are excellent, I have them for more than 30 years, customer service was really good, although my native language is spanish, and the AI chat was in spanish too, the quick response and precise information in english, very useful.

I hae used Marshalls for years and


I hae used Marshalls for years and wouldn't be able to have my guitar tone without them. Any issues I’ve had regarding light switch failure etc they have always been so helpful.

AWESOME POST-SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought almost two years ago my Motif II, and then they were disconnecting from my mobile; I asked for some technical advices to the Marshall team and even with those advices the Motif II were not working properly.

So they sent me a new Motif II without cost!

The service and attention is always top notch, they are very kind, thats the reason I have been loyal to Marshall for more than 10 years!

Excellent services

I had a unknown problem with a Stockwell II speaker 2 years after I bought it in a local shop. That shop told me to contact Marshall itself fot that precise problem and the service was better than I could expect (they came to take my speaker, saw the problem and solved it + gave me 50% reduction for the 2 next transaction in their web site)... All of this being accessible via e-mail for every single question of mine, that support deserves all the reward I give to remind us it's still possible to have good companies in 2026 !

Ich habe mir am 5.02.26 den Acton 3 gekauft. Ich bin mit der optischen QualitÀt sowie der KlangqualitÀt mega zufrieden. Ich könnte mir bei dieser guten QualitÀt nichts besseres vorstellen. Auch das PreisleistungsverhÀltnis ist sehr gut. FÌr eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung ist diese Musikanlage die richtige Wahl. Jeder der Vintage liebt wird an diesen Lautsprecher seine Freude haben.
