I have been scammed !!!! Ordered since August 1st and nothing delivered and no refund either !!!!! They need to reported and investigated . No telephone to reach the company to discuss the way forward with ordered items. No responses from social media nor email ! Zero star if I could

I wish to report that this organisation appears to be engaging in deceptive practices. They claim to operate as a UK-based business, yet the product received was of inferior quality, poorly designed, and shipped directly from China. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company due to their misrepresentation and substandard goods

I don’t do this often but I hope it helps others. Don’t buy from this website it’s not real! They’re scamming you out of your money for scrap clothing.

I bought 2 dresses and when they arrived they were nothing like the website pictures.
The quality is shit, the fit and design are nothing like the photos. Example one dress showed a skirt with a petty toe like layering, there was not layering in my dress.
Now this in itself is already upsetting enough, as you’re not showing what you’re actually selling, but they keep your money.

It has taken so far over 10 emails to try and get any response and as you may guess so far I’m well out of pocket and don’t have my money back even though I returned the items.
How someone can get away with selling untrue goods and then keeping your money I don’t know.

Be smart and don’t buy anything as the clothes aren’t wearable and you won’t see your money again!

If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. Mary Boutique London is a complete scam! Avoid purchasing from them at all costs. First, they are not based in london. The name is to trick the buyer into thinking they are a local company. They showcase high-quality clothing on their website that justifies their prices, but once you receive your order, the quality is shockingly poor and unwearable. It's a classic case of "what I ordered vs. what I received." Steer clear of this company!

When you reach out for a refund, they try to dissuade you by insisting you either pay for shipping and customs to return the items to a charity in the USA or accept a discount to keep the unsatisfactory clothes instead of receiving a full refund. Either way, you're left with unusable items and out of pocket.

If their products were genuinely good quality, they would want the items back for resale. However, the poor quality indicates they don't even want them returned. To avoid frustration and financial loss, it's best to steer clear of this fraudulent company entirely. Additionally, I noticed their website seems to be down recently; they may be operating under a different name now.

Always check return policies on e-commerce sites and read Trustpilot reviews before spending your money! If I had done a little research I would not have fallen for the scam. It’s especially annoying because their name suggests they are a local UK company so most people (including me) are lured into a sense of security assuming that any return costs will be at a local postal charge rate. If I had know I’ll be spending additional money for international postage costs to send the items back when it is not guaranteed they will refund your full money due to their dodgy behaviour so far, I’ll never I’ve bought their product at all.

I will consider the wasted money I spent on buying clothes from this company as reverse charity. Meaning that I pray that God compensates me by making them loose the money they scammed from me and others a million fold. Amen!

This company is a con - do not order from them. They make you jump through hoops and use delay tactics any every step for refund. Even the dresses ordered are of a quality that looks like it came from a cheaper version of SHEIN. They looks nothing like the photos on the website. No reply from Customer Services to my last 2 emails- no phone number available anywhere which tells me they are scam.

I made the mistake of ordering a few dresses without checking reviews first, and it turned out to be a scam—cheap, low-quality clothes from China sold at ridiculous prices.

I even paid £30 to return them to a US address and got proof of shipping back on August 19th. It’s now a month later, no refund, and they’ve stopped replying to my emails.

This company is not based in the UK
They are from china
They have a UK bank account based at serviced offices
They will respond until it's time to pay you back!
The clothes are poor quality.

I've AI the products and it seems they have so many webpages with these dresses on. Be careful check first,

- horrible quality
- nothing looks like the pictures
- no return process documented
- return will cost you 40% of the value of the product
- customer service shit
- they will promise you an additional discount instead of a return and then disappear.

Appalling I will NEVER buy from Mary Boutique again. Ordered 2 chain link size S midi dresses £39.95 each so not cheap. The small size swamps me, plus they are made from cheap fabric and not particularly well made, so naturally I'm not satisfied.

I contacted customer service and they asked me to send a video and photos of why I want to return the dresses, which I did. They then offered me 10% off or return the dresses (at my cost) to the USA......
At that point I was fed up and would have accepted the 10% off but then I received an email saying
'' due to recent changes in our store's operations, we are currently unable to process refunds through our usual method'' (great!!!) and offered me a store voucher for Isabellame (no thank you I'm not getting into all this again with shoddy products).
So I'm left £79.99 out of pocket and 2 dresses which I can't wear.

I spent £93 on all i can say is cheap rubbish that didn't fit.
RequesDOted to send back and was offered 10% refund and keep the clothes, that then went to 30%.
I chose to return as the items were no use to me and only fit for the bin.
£30 to send back with tracking at the post office.
6 weeks stuck in customs and I have just seen on my tracking that the items are being returned to me as not enough documentation with it..
I was told to just send back and send marys boutique the tracking number.
They obviously know it wont get returned to them so they don't have to refund anything.
I really don't know how they can get away with this.
I'm now £120 down and absolutely gutted that I fell for this scam!!!!

Poor cheap quality. Pain in the backside when want to return. Stupid amount of emails back & forth & offering me 10% of the value instead of a full return. Never again!!

If I could give any minus stars I would it’s an absolute scam. The quality is so poor my 9yr old daughter could make the clothes better and that’s off course if you get all of your delivery. Still missing parts. I’ve had to chalk it up to being burned by a shady company that blatantly lies firstly from being from the UK as when you received the tracking number it comes from China. Please for anyone stay well clear and instead of buying why don’t you put your money into a bin and light it although with the amount of polyester on the material burning them may keep you warm in the winter

Avoid avoid avoid- they’re a scam site. Ordered dresses and they were very very different from the description- sizes were all wrong and the material is very cheap. When I tried to return they kept offering options like keep it for a 10%~20% refund. I refused and paid international shipping to return and they went COMPLETELY SILENT. No refund, no contact- this is a scam site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Can understand why the business is closing my experience with them not good when purchased a dress shoddy is the word, and as trying to return item either they would give 30% back and keep dress

I was offered 30% back and keep faulty dresses and coat which cost over 150. I opted to send back which was also a nightmare, FedEx and Ups are being stopped in shops and garages so it's taken me an hour driving round to find one to take it. I suggest home pick up if I had known I would have done that. £33 to send to the USA but the goods came from Hong Kong and took a long time to get to mine on the pretense of being busy. I've got my receipt for postage and tracking let's hope I get my full refund. I'm so annoyed I didn't read reviews first. Now I'm out of pocket by nearly 200 until or if I get a refund !!

I too thought I was purchasing from a boutique in London . My dress took 3 weeks and when it arrived it was awful really cheap tacky material and didn’t look like the picture.i have since been on Shein and found the same photos of the dress for a fraction of the price. Do not buy from Mary boutique

Do not buy from this website. I bought what I thought looked like a lovely dress. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and is definitely not in London, as they claim. It had come from China. The dress is poor quality and there are no return instructions. This has taught me a lesson to do more research before buying on-line. I have been offered a 20% refund and to keep the dress, they said they made this offer because i would have to pay the postage to return the item overseas! I can’t be bothered so have said I’ll accept this, but I did tell them that their website led me to believe they are in London when they definitely are not!
