I absolutely love MASI, especially the Premium NMN! I feel noticeably more energetic, focused, and alive.

Ever since taking nmn and spermidine my energy and endurance has exploded at work and in the gym right after, the energy does not cause a crash like caffeine and it lasts the entire day if you take it in the mornings. I love it and recommend.

I ordered $438.37 of products on September 13th and only received 2 of the products. I ordered Resveratrol Premium NWN which I finally received on September 30th and I also ordered the Premium Hair Complex which is still not here. I have emailed the company 3-4 times and said it should be here on October 17th. This is poor delivery system. You have to pay $35 for 5-7 day delivery but it’s been over a month and a half. Will I get my package or not? 🤷‍♀️

My first impression wasn't great due to a minor issue in the order and I was braced for the back and forth with the company. Instead, support acknowledged their mistake, explained what happened and sent me a replacement as well as a gift pack for the misunderstanding. The follow up email they sent sealed it for me. I'm more impressed by how companies deal with issues rather than perfection.

They earned my trust the right way, and this is the company I'll be staying with.

This is the only longevity company that I feel 100% safe with when taking their products. The batch testing results are very easily accessible for each batch which shows their quality control is always up to date. Highly recommend their products and I will be buying again. Lukas S

MASI supplements are very high quality which you can already tell just from their packaging, I just wish they were more affordable. No other complaints, the supplements work.

I really appreciate MASI and their entire line of great products for the anti-aging community. The products feel premium to touch and take, in my late 40s and starting their supplementation cycle made me feel as if my life was still ahead of me rather than behind.

After tracking my bloodwork for three months on NMN and TMG, NAD+ markers improved which resulted in around a 10% increase in endurance for my cardio sessions. Combining this with intermittent fasting gives visible results that shine outside of paper, you can tell these compounds actually do something metabolically meaningful.

I have bought Masi NMN and Fisetin several time. They really made a difference. Honestly, I did not believe their claims when I bought them first.

Actually I was surprised with the quality of Masi supplements. Yes, they are not cheap, but this is what quality is about. German quality did not let me down.

Can’t comply with import regulations. Collected money in August. Still haven’t delivered product in mid-October. Only updates I am getting are prompted by my inquiries.

For me it did not seem to work. Took for several months last Spring and during that time developed an aggressive form of anal cancer. Ended up in a 12 hour surgery and a colostomy. Maybe if I had started it sooner it might have made a difference.

Each jar is made of thick glass and plastic. Do you have any idea how long that jar will sit in the garbage dump for ????

I am surprised MASI is so ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFRIENDLY.

The product is excellent and the product container is a nightmare.

Clean product

I have written a question to the e-mail address provided on the website, stating that I have chosen an annual subscription to NMN supplements in April 2025. According to the information published on the official website product should cost 152.57 EUR. Over the course of three months, 185 EUR was deducted from my account each time.

I would like to know what the difference of 28.43 EUR is, are the shipping services the same?

However, I have not received any difference in the letter I submitted and 185 EUR is still being deducted from my account. Therefore, I am dissatisfied and am considering terminating the agreement, although the product is suitable and I like it.

I have been using these products for over 3 months. They are not providing any better results than the much cheaper version I was previously using. Also, most subscription services alert you prior to sending the next shipment so you can make any adjustments. Thus one does not.

I would like to discontinue this product as I think it is too pricey for no more than I get. Not the quantity but the ingredients.
