Excellent products and customer care. I purchased a new case which is of superior quality to the one I was replacing. Also purchased a PGL promotion pack of apron badge and collar Jewel. Arrived earlier than expected
Arrived earlier than expected, everything was present and correct items were sealed in waterproof bag.
I had a question to ask while waiting for my order, I emailed the sales dept and they answered very quickly.

After a promotion in the Royal Arch
After a promotion in the Royal Arch, I ordered my apron badge and collar jewel from Masonic Collection. I was correctly told that the delivery would be about 4 weeks as the items would be made to my order. The price was very reasonable and when they arrived some 4 weeks later I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of them. I can enter Prov Grand Chapter with a bit of a swagger now. THANK YOU.

Sorry, but more than a month to deliver an order (paid), it's really unacceptable. And during this time, no news !
In addition, if you add the custom duties and other taxes, even with a discount, the items become more expensive than in France.
