I have used Mason Plumbing for several years now, I am very pleased with their professionalism and care.

Arrived at arranged time- no waiting in for 2-4 hours. Very friendly,pleasant young man completed the job extremely efficiently ,including cleaning filters leaving no mess. Overall a great experience

Pre arrival they checked they’d have the right parts on board and kept me advised on convenient arrival time. Joe had the job done in no time and was respectful and explained what had happened and what needed doing very clearly. Tidied up after and replaced drawers in unit.

Joe performed the annual service for our boiler. He found a problem with the heat exchanger that was rippled. Joe helped me with the call to Worcester explaining the problem to their engineer. We scheduled the Worcester engineer visit during which the heat exchanger was replaced. Joe is very friendly and polite and left the place very tidy.

Joe was on time and completed the work efficiently and within the quote given. The work involved replacing a motorised valve and Joe did this without any water leakage despite the position of it being difficult to access. Would use again

They are relaible and turn up when they say they will. I have used them for 2 years and found the work they do to be robust and have not had to all them back yet. Prices are reasonable.
