Have been using Mason P&H for five years now and this is the first time Martin had carried out the annual boiler service for us.
Martin was punctual, polite and friendly. He kept us updated on how the service was progressing throughout the duration.

MP@H are always on time. Professional, and polite. They always remove boots without being asked
(a very rare thing among trade’s people)
They always answer questions and give advice with honesty and with knowledge.
Price is irrelevant when you’re happy with service, but they are very competitive with costs.

I booked a Friday morning appointment on Thursday afternoon for an outside tap. It's great that you can choose the day and time up front with the online booking tool. Martin arrived within the 2hr time slot and fitted the tap quickly, we even got a free hose with it. Great service, would recommend.

Masons came quickly to fix a leaking lavatory cistern. They texted half an hour before coming and arrived on time. They did a thoroughly professional job and left the toilet clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our plumber arrived within an hour of my phone call he was very professional and knowlegeable. Sorted out both toilets and left everything spotless. I can't recommend them enough.

Mason's came to remove and replace radiators for us in January. Their service was excellent and we will definitely use them again. In fact, I have just called them back to do another job for us

I was contacted for the annual boiler service well in advance, I had plenty of choice for dates and times all very straightforward. I made my selection then I was notified that Peter would be with us shortly and he arrived on time. The work was done quickly and efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. Entirely happy with all aspects of Peter Mason’s work.

They arrived on time on the day and proceeded to carry out them work as per quotation in a professional manner and explained what was required and how it was to be done. After the work was completed, the site was cleared of all debris and left in a satisfactory condition. Instructions for the operation of the boiler were explained and an assurance of a speedy return if a fault developed.
