Jeff listened. He wanted me to understand what the company offers, and then he listened to me and asked questions that helped us deterimine how to begin supporting my very unhappy gut. I feel safe, and know there's help available if adjustments are needed.

Unhappy with Shipping

Disappointed to purchase a product that is supposed to be kept refrigerated, and see that it was not shipped with an ice pack or some way to keep it cold.
Previous orders have been handled better.
