Literally the worst property managers I've ever dealt with. Do not use these guys. Never had one good experience with Michelle and she ignores my emails but will send me a random email months later that is not related at all. Rudest people ever.

Mark helped me to buy my first home. When I first started looking at buying a house I felt overwhelmed and out of my depth. House hunting was consuming my weekends, there wasn't much on the market during COVID and the sale prices of properties was completely different from the advertised range. Not to mention some of the properties looked completely different in person to the online pictures.

None of my friends or family had ever heard of a buyers advocate, and they thought I was strange for engaging one. I'm so glad I did. I engaged Mark's services on 25/01/21 and was the successful purchaser of my first home on 03/03/21. It was only the second property I'd gone for. I've watched so many of my friends go through an emotional roller coaster of falling in love with a property and being outbid again and again until they learn how the market works, and my experience was completely different.

Mark had industry knowledge & bidding strategies that were invaluable. He was readily available to answer all of my questions and never made me feel silly for asking. When we needed to get building & pest inspections, conveyancing etc he was able to recommend services he trusted which was another thing I didn't have to spend time researching.

Engaging Master Advocates saved me money in a way I hadn't expected. It meant I ended up offering more than the advertised range, so spending more money on the property than I would have offered. But that meant I was a successful property owner within weeks of commencing my search. It saved me time, and more importantly got me into my home at the earliest opportunity while property prices have continued to increase at a rate faster than I could have saved. Mark's experience and knowledge helped me to feel confident that the property was worth the amount offered.

Mark was also available until the settlement was complete and assisted when a few hiccoughs presented.

I absolutely love my new home and am very grateful to Master Advocates. There's no way I'd have been the successful purchaser of this property without them.

Mark was excellent to deal with – friendly and always readily available to help with any queries I had. As a first home buyer it was great to have someone acting on my behalf that could guide me through the process and answer questions I had. The structure of pricing also suited me a lot better compared to other agents I considered. Felt that I had an advantage at the auction to have someone bidding on my behalf that remained calm throughout, and I didn’t have to worry about everyone seeing how nervous I was. Overall a great service and would highly recommend!

Mark is a truly exceptional individual. He listens very carefully and devises pathways to achieve his clients' goals. In my case, he heard what we wanted to do and found a way, and a group of contacts who could help us navigate a path to our success. Mark drove me to the target (real estate) area in one of his company cars twice to effect what was needed. In total, he spent in excess of 12 hours behind the wheel to achieve what we needed.

In addition to being an exceptional listener, Mark is also a delightful person with whom to spend time. Thank you, Mark.

From our first meeting, Mark took his time to understand our needs, financial position, and the long-term game plan - A suitable property was sourced and Mark helped us with other processes and steps that followed. Including building inspection, pest inspection, plumbing inspection, and conveyancing, etc. (they all did a great job) To add cherry on the cake, Mark negotiated a price on the property that saved us money on the deal. We spoke to four buyers agents before selecting Master Advocates to help us secure a home. We were open to a wide range of properties and areas and wanted a buyers agent to help us focus on what was achievable in our budget, met most of our requirements whilst making a wise investment.

Mark was very personable and a delight to work with. He had a very clear understanding of what we wanted including where we were willing to (or not) compromise. His team were excellent at researching properties, eliminating the duds and filtering out the ones that were realistically in our price range, irrespective of what selling agent's price guides stated. This included both both under and over quoted properties.

Communications from Mark were also excellent. He was in touch with us daily and explained to us why he shortlisted certain properties and why he discounted others properties that we thought were worthy of consideration.

His strong relationship with agents also meant that he was able to view properties ahead of the usual open for inspection times giving us a head start in the process.

The end result was that we secured a home within 4 weeks of formally engaging Mark and the property we bought was one that we would have discounted if buying on our own as the agent had over priced the property.

I would highly recommend Master Advocates for anyone looking to buy a property.

Mark Errichiello is an excellent buyers advocacy agent, he is professional and friendly, takes time and genuine interest in understanding his clients' needs.
