Had my clippers for 18 months and the cog teeth snapped, as they were still in warranty I was sent a new part this was easy to fix and sent out straight away!! Lovely customer service and the best clippers for the hairiest of cobs and theyâre quick, quiet and cordless would definitely recommend the HDR

We sell A2 coarse blades separately but it depends which clipper you have as to wether they fit it. Can't fault the company, ordered in the morning, and was here next day. Unfortunately, I had to return the clippers as was buying them for a farmer friend, but found out they had already bought a set of masterclip clippers. Returning them was easy and quick, and had my refund in 2 days
