Olivia was wonderful taking care of my concerns. I had a problem and she had a response to that issue that day and within a few weeks I had a replacement to my problem with a replacement item. Thanks so much. I highly recommend Oneisall.

I had an internal gear crack in my automatic pet feeder after less than a year of using it.
When it did work, I loved that it was one less chore I had to keep up on.
After reaching out to maybe get a replacement part they sent me a whole new identical unit! The process was smoother than I thought, thanks to Olivia and their good customer service, my problems have been solved.

In a world of companies that don't care once they have sold you a product, it was great to come across a company like Oneisall that is still committed to customer care. I initially contacted Andrea at their customer care to find out about about the availability of replacement blades for my dog clippers after several years use on my Cocker Spaniel. Despite being out of the warranty period they were happy to help and suggested that their horse clippers would be a better alternative and with a 50% discount I was only too happy to take their advice.

I am sooo excited that I found the “Oneisall” dog clippers set. They are lightweight, comfortable to grip, very maneuverable, easy to change hair length w/o using so many attachments. In one word, “ one-is-all” you need. Perfect name; perfect clippers; perfect value! 🐩

I was having trouble using the unit that I had purchased. Great back and forth communication and solving my issues.

I'm sorry for the delay, but the experience with customer service has been totally satisfying. Sue immediately took charge of giving me a solution and I am delighted with the speed as well as the one chosen to repair the machine.

I had an issue with a purchase and Sue with ONEISALL got right on it and within 5 days I had my issue fixed!! So very happy with this company!! They have top of the line Representatives and I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this GREAT company!!! Problem solved and my little dog is so happy with her wireless pet fountain!!!

I have been using the paw trimmers as well as dog clippers for over two years. The products are very easy to handle. Most importantly, we never experienced any cuts - which frequently happened before, when we took our dog to groomers and paid insane amounts of money for a trim!
Recently our paw trimmer stopped functioning properly and I contacted the customer service. They responded very fast and sent me a replacement immediately. This might just be the best customer service I've ever experienced for any kind of product!
Now I'm looking forward to try out some of their other products. Thank you Oneisall Team!

Prompt and super effective resolution to an issue! Awesome customer service from the Oneisall team!

Had the litter box for a few months & it malfunctioned.
Contacted the company & explained what was going on.
They gave me instructions of what to do to get the litter box back to working but it failed.
They sent me a new litter box in place of the old one that failed.
This company has great customer service & wants to insure that their customers purchase a quality product & they go out their way to make that happen.

We’ve accepted a damaged delivery by accident, only realising later that the cat water fountain had a dent on it.

When oneisall asked about it experience, I mentioned it, not expecting a replacement.

However, to my surprise, Cassie immediately dispatched a new unit.

I was treated professionally by Olivia and sent a replacement water fountain without any hesitation. I really appreciated the gesture because it's usually not the case with most companies.

I ordered the incorrect replacement blades and needed to return or exchange them for the correct ones. Andrea with Oneisall customer service was so easy to work with, and helped me get the correct blades shipped. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service.

I had an issue with missing filters with a wireless water foundation and contacted Oneisall. They (Olivia) were incredibly responsive and helpful. Given that the filters are a critical part of the water foundation, it is reassuring knowing that Oneisall has such helpful customer service.

My dogs love this dog hair vacuum product, it has been such a help on controlling their shedding. During me using it, on 6/25/26, the hose ripped. I contacted Customer Service via email expecting to wait to hear back from them. To my pleasant surprise, I received a response in less than 24 hours. Andrea advised me that my hose would be replaced under warranty, no questions asked, just that I send a picture of the connector so that they send out the correct replacement. I just received an email that my replacement hose is on its way. Thank you Oneisall for your excellent product and your wonderful customer service.

This company has been great. I love my dog grooming vacuum and I had to use customer service a year later and they were AMAZING. Highly recommend!
