When I received my dog clippers I was very pleased with the quality, but unfortunately when I took the clipper out of the case the blade was missing, I rung them and they hot back to me within the hour, they apologised and true to there promise the blade was delivered first thing the next morning. Excellent service

Masterclip have one of the best customer services I've experienced. I purchased my clippers in October and tried to change the blades without reading the instructions I sent backto masterclip explained what I done.they fixed said clippers and only charged me for shipping. 5+star

If you return the wrong screws we will fully refund them for you. All our parts come from our manufacturers at a cost to us and are generally made specifically for the clippers, you are very fortunate to have found a comparible screw locally.
