Untrustworthy, impossible to have postal entries

Look at your terms and conditions:
"13.2 You must send us the following in envelope to --emailAddress-"
You don't have an address to send the envelope/postcard to!

Shaun and co are running a good operation. Good prizes, great odds and the aftercare following a win is one of the best about! Constant communication with tracking etc. Prizes arrived within a couple of days.
Could not be happier and will be continuing to use.

Okay website but have to extend competition a whole day because an error on the system caused it to finish a hour early, also don't buy ur tickets earlier because you will be paying so much more per ticket wait till last hour when no tickets sold so you can get atleast 40% off ( tries to make an early offer but this is not as good as last minute offers )

Very good easy to use page. I’ve entered a number of competitions and I won some Dyson Airwraps which was fantastic (for the missus that is). Good communication and speedy delivery of the prize.
I will continue to support and enter comps.

I always apply for there competitions weekly and was lucky enough to win recently. I have to say I was kept in touch with all steps of the way. A great website, keep up the good work team. Lets hope I win again :-)

I'm over the moon I entered the free Easter competition and won and received my eggs and 50 pound gift voucher today.. I really recommend joining and having ago of all other competitions on there page you have to be in it to win it 😁👍

Excellent concept and some good prizes.

Some improvements can be made as so...
- Clear instructions on Website of when the draws will be made (advertised as guaranteed draw @19:00 but didn’t happen til 19:30).
Each purchase confirmation should include an attached link to the live draw and also links on website.

-Draw made on YouTube/or similar so that everyone can see draw even if you aren’t on Facebook.

- Draws could be carried out in a more professional manner with only the computer screen being shown and the time between each price draw which could be used to show the list of numbers/names for each draw so that people have a chance to check their numbers for the next draw.

-Twitter has a huge community under various hashtags and I think having a twitter handle would really cast the net further afield if the intention is to go nationally.

-Winners of competitions should be announced on all media’s after completion of draw.

Bought some tickets on a raffle due to be drawn tonight. Wanted to leave a review as its not just about winning and leaving one. I Had a few questions about buying tickets, raffle drawing ect and they replied straight away answering questions i had helping me. Amazing customer service super quick and very helpful. Totally recommend taking part they do so many different raffles.
