Can’t recommend enough. Price was extremely fair. He was able to sheet, plaster and paint all to a great standard which saved other trades. Went above and beyond to get the job done and finish to a great standard. Will use again.

Stares I've been refunded yet i have still not received it and its been over a week since I got email saying ive been refunded

Best deal I could find on Mohawk brass lacquer. When I called and spoke with them they were very helpful and my subsequent online order and delivery process all went very smoothly.

not only are the products of exceptional quality what IV been most impressed with is the excellent customer service and advice and the quickness to respond..will be using this company a lot going forward.

1. Wordpress security randomly logged me out and stopped me from ordering or logging in.
2. Nia from APS replied to my email advising of this straight away the next day (GOOD)
3. When I tried to purchase no option to set a delivery address on the website.
4. When I called the office number at 4.34 pm message read "Our offices are now closed, we are open from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, please leave a message after the tone"
5. Offices were not answering and no tone, so no option to leave message, no option to buy online and set delivery address.
6. I called Nia's supplied mobile number and left two messages, no reply.
7. In the end I went onto my PC, logged in, set my temporary delivery address to my account and managed to make a purchase.

A lot of the 'action' buttons are greyed out too.

Currently the website is almost impossible to use, no idea if this was a botched update.

I have made multiple purchases from APS via ebay and amazon with no issues but their purchasing experience has been amongst the worst I have found.

The prices are good, the range is good and the customer service seems helpful, polite and responsive, which is why I spent extra time fighting to complete my purchase.

Guys, come on! Take 5 minutes to try and mystery shop your own company and see the massive fatal floors in your current set up. Feel free to contact me so I can explain your errors so hopefully you can resolve these issues.

To everyone else, remember this could be a glitch, in the mean time, I suggest phoning your order through, maybe before 4.34pm and hopefully someone will answer.
