Made an order just before Xmas but needed items before expected delivery date, cancelled order, requested refund, confirmed by phone call, order was cancelled and refund issued promptly.

I use MasterTrade regularly for electrical supplies. The service is brilliant every time.

It’s not what goes wrong it’s how you inform people of problems- not replying to emails is a massive no no for repeat business
