This is the first time I have used this company. My
electrician sent me the link to Electricals Online to look at some spotlights I wanted as an example, so after checking other websites I decided to order from them.
The website was easy to use, although It wasn't as easy as it should have been to find the correct chrome bezel to fit it, this option should have been given when ordering, I nearly gave up!

The ordering and payment process was easy and after that very good email communication from both company and DPD their delivery partner.

I would recommend and will again when the opportunity arises.

I ordered my floor lamp at 1pm, it was delivered the next day at 10.30am, excellent service! AND I love my new lamp!

great service experience, I made a mistake in my order and when I noticed I reached out to them and they were able to update my order in no time and send me a correction by email.
The delivery wasn't exactly the next day, it took a couple of days to receive the item but all good.

Good communication & very quick service. Prices on par & a little less than others. Website could do with an upgrade for more info on products, but works ok. We will use again.

Ordered an Ohme charger which was competitively priced. It arrived quickly in perfect condition so very satisfactory.

I rang to confirm a delivery day but was told that due to it being a bank Holiday weekend they couldn't guarantee a day. After a discussion with the salesman I agreed to go and collect the item from the center. This was easy and they had the part resdy for me. Item has since been fitted and after initial complecations it is now all sorted. I would certainly used Electrics online again and recommend to others.

Spot on. Given a time slot the night before and again in the morning. Phone call 20 mins before arrival. 2 really polite and friendly drivers. Unpacked the item for me so I could check it over then carried it in. Couldn’t ask for a better service and to top it off this place was the cheapest around by 10% over everyone else. Win win.

Added item to basket, delivery is an absolute fortune. Went with an alternative supplier who were far, far cheaper. Now getting loads of spam from them.

Electrical Online keep products which are not always available at the big suppliers and are prepared to order it in if they don’t have it, great service.

i ordered the product in January and it arrived 4 weeks later, i had to keep chasing you lot up for an update.
