I received my wonderful order, quickly and everything was a surprise. From the packaging to the products ordered. I already knew they were beautiful and that I would love them (that's why I chose them), but in person, they are even more beautiful and special. You can see the love and dedication in each piece. Bought a ring that is enormous
Bought a ring that is enormous, looks like a man’s ring and nothing like the beautiful ring in the picture. Took almost a month to get here. Took them a week to figure out how to do a return so I sent it back to the return address since they were not sending a label and I still had no response. Two weeks later still no refund and no response from the rep that was supposed to be helping me with the return. Messaged her again 2X this week. They give online shopping a bad name.

Stylish beads and pendant
Excellent customer service as always at Matilde Jewellery. Although my first choice of the two necklaces was sold out, the team contacted me and luckily there was an alternative colour available. Packaging very good and prompt delivery. It would be really helpful if there was a choice of delivery safeplace at ordering stage as UPS leave on open doorstep.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, was kept updated on delivery times as my husband had ordered them too late for Xmas. They were delivered on the day I was told they would arrive. The earrings are very pretty and would definitely order from them again
