Fantastic aftersales service. Highly recommend the business and team.

We bought a Matki Continental Shower Floor and what a mistake that was. it was described as a shower tray that could sit flush or sit proud of the floor.
The tray has been professionally installed and the water does not disperse from the poorly designed tray. The waste unit on the tray is designed according to Matki to accept 29 litres of water per minute and it does not even do half of this claimed amount, without flooding the room.
It now has to be removed and replaced.
Matki poor customer service were not interested in our issue and dismissed it out of hand, until our distributor was involved and to date this still has not been resolved.
BEWARE of buying this product as it is clearly not fit for the purpose in which it has been designed.

On return from a holiday we found that the glass in the fixed panel of our six year old Matki shower enclosure had shattered. We contacted the technical support department at Matki and they supplied a full replacement shower enclosure to our home address at no cost to us.
We felt this demonstrated wonderful customer service and a deep belief in the quality of their product.

We purchased the Matki Illusion ICT 1080, RH.
Unfortunately when I opened the packaging of the shower enclosure , the door and the side panels were LH , although the packages were labelled RH.
I initially spoke to Josh regarding the issue also
Paul Lawrence the Sales Manager.
After a few emails with photos of the issues , Paul arranged delivery for another enclosure apologising for the inconvenience.
As a good will gesture I received a glass shelf and robe hook.
An engineer named Lee also called due to myself not being able to correctly level the hinges for the shower door.
Paul also arranged the delivery of some gully parts for the Matki shower tray, as a gesture of good will also.
We are totally satisfied with Matki and their professional service and their high standard product and would not hesitate to recommend Matki to our family and friends , I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What fantastic customer service! I sent photos of the problem, Matki identified the part needed, compatible with our shower, even though it's a discontinued model. A phone call secured the order and it arrived within a day. Really positive experience.

I had a great service from Cameron in the after sales department. He quickly identified the part for my shower that I have had for 25 years! And passed me on to the right department. Matki is a great product, the shower has lasted well, considering it gets used everyday. Michael made sure I received the part the next day - that's service! Thank you!

Purchased a Matki Eclipse Frameless 900 x 900 corner shower encloser. Whilst it is a quality product, the installation tolerances are very poor at 880mm to 900mm. It did not fit tray which was sold as compatible. This enclosure is better suited for walk-in. Two experienced bathroom fitters advised in the past, they have had to tile behind tray due to poor tolerance allowance on this shower.
Competitors have far more practical installation tolerances. Matki only seemed to be interested to help if it had been a high end Eauzone enclosure.
Tray supplier very kindly provided a resolution.
Matki needs to review the design for more flexible and practical installation tolerances.
Be warned and be very carefull with the Eclipse Frameless enclosure.

What a brilliant guy Paul was in aftersales/sales, he gave me sound advice and guidance even though I couldn’t buy any spare parts from him as my Swadlingbinvincible external shower was sooo old, parts are not stocked anymore. But he advised me on where the problem would probably be and where to get non genuine parts from. All fixed except the fitting of the new parts when the arrive. Ace guy!!

Once an appointment had been booked, which took a little longer than expected, the experience was smooth, efficient and successful. The engineer texted in advance, arrived on time and was ready to undertake the work on 2 Matki showers: full services after 8 years regular use. Both units as new.

My Matki shower was fitted 4 years ago by a company called Domani (N Tyneside) - I was hugely disappointed and I felt I'd wasted my money. The door was wonky, it made a horrible clanking sound when I shut it, and the unit leaked like a sieve. I complained to Domani umpteen times, but I was just given the brush off - they blamed the unit not their workmanship. Then the top door hinge pulled away from the unit/wall completely - revealing it was held in place by two plasterboard screws. In desperation I rang another company who dealt with Matki products - and they very helpfully told me that Matki have their own service engineers. I booked one of those and though it was a bit of a wait - it was VERY worth it! The engineer said that clearly the shower had never been installed properly. He made the whole thing square - it now looks like the images in the glossy magazines - the door shut silently and it doesn't leak anymore - I'm really delighted it's just such a pity I had to wait such a long time for it to be fitted properly. Apparently Domani have since gone out of business – I think that’s what they call karma!

I needed a new shower door seal and unable to find the correct one in shops or on the internet I rang Matki to see if they could help. I spoke to Esme and she was brilliant. After sending some photos, so she could identify which door it was, I was given the part number to order direct from them.
What a fantastic level of customer service.

My shower door rail fixings broke after 11 years. A quick call to Matki quickly established what parts I needed and I received them within a few days. Very impressed with the customer service, very helpful, prompt reply to email and quick delivery. Special thanks to Esme

I have been dealing with Graham Bell on a replacement glass panel. Graham has been very proactive, extremely responsive and very professional thank you for your support.

Email matki after an old shower flange cracked and water was leaking through my ceiling. Had sourced parts but they wanted over £50 for the flange and another £38 for a seal with a £12 delivery. Matki sourced them very old and as a goodwill gesture supplied the whole set up including the tightening tool within 3 days absolutely amazing service and communication and really helped me. If you’ve got a problem with a matki shower save yourself money, hassle and time skip the merchants and go direct to them very responsive and excellent service

Ordered a replacement horizontal door seal from a Matki distributor on the basis it was in stock.
Following day received email from company saying they were awaiting said item from Matki and it would be 7-10 working days before I received it.
Contacted Matki direct and placed an order with them.
The seal was delivered in 3 days and also only cost 1/2 the price I originally paid the distributor.
Top marks to the various people I dealt with at Matki.

Moral to this tale - deal direct and cut out the middle man.

Sent an email on 29/01/2025, Lucas replied, also on 29/01/2025 providing all the information I needed, a quoted price for the spare parts, who to call and a quote reference number that I could use to place the order. Contacted customer service team, placed my order and paid. All completed in the same one hour time frame! Advised that my order will be delivered within a few business days. Very impressed with this service. Shout out to Lucas and the customer services team. Well done Matki!
