Sent an email on Saturday and Lucas replied on Monday providing all the information I had requested for spare parts and a reference number and telephone number to call if I wanted to place an order. So impressed with service. Thanks to Lucas and the customer services team.

Excellent customer service. Ordered several spares for a shower which was over 15 years old. Parts available, very quick turnaround. The customer service team is very responsive and impressed that spares are still readily available. Would recommend Matki for anybody thinking of a high quality product

A very big thank you to Kelly in after sales. We had a very specific need for a shower tray that the Matki bespoke shower tray resolved. As is almost always the case there were problems with the bathroom project and there was mistake made on the drawings for the bespoke shower tray so that when it was delivered it didn't quite fit. Kelly moved heaven and earth to get a replacement made and sent out before christmas and in time for my contractors to fit it. With regards to the quality I'm surprised about any negative reviews as the quality and finish of the product is first class.

Matki showers are something different and mine is an amazing shape to fit in my bathroom.
I was delighted with the customer support I experienced today when one of their engineers,Alan,came to update a part on my shower which I have had for some years.
He was polite,friendly and efficient completing the task quickly and efficiently.
I am most impressed with the firm,its designs and its staff.

We experienced water leaking and door did not shut properly after Matki Eclipse Recess Hinged door had been installed by our builder. It finally required 3 visits with new parts etc. I had found excellent customer services from Caroline about sorting out the problems and arranging engineer visits. Caroline was very prompt with her effective responses. Everything went smoothly with booking and arrival time etc. The engineer Spencer was very helpful, very polite and very professional. I am very happy with Matki Customer Services and highly recommended Matki. Thank you Caroline and Spencer.

I need a spare part (seal for shower door) sent in photos and they responed within 24hrs with part number contact details to order etc and now the seal is on the way to me.

Wow, what a fantastic company to deal with. Esme - a star 🌟. She read my email on Monday about an issue I had with a shower strip on the bottom of my shower door, she responded same day asking for my address and saying they would send me on with their complements. It arrived on Wednesday. IF only every company responded with such efficiency. As for Matki, don’t loose the wonderful Esme ,you should be really proud to have such a great employee working for you. We recently bought a Matki shower base and sliding door from The Bathroom Company at Roseburn, Edinburgh and had them installed by another company. We had issues releasing the catch on the inner shower door, at the bottom, for cleaning and contacted Mark at TBC. He called Matki and the next day we were contacted by Alastair, the Matki representative who came along and showed us what to do! Excellent service from both Matki and The Bathroom Company. Whilst more expensive than I originally planned, I am delighted I purchased a Matki enclosure and tray. We did have a couple of issues in fitting and needing a replacement part, but this was dealt with incredibly promptly and efficiently. Hats off to Lucas in after sales/technical. Thank you

I never write reviews however the service I received today over the phone from Esme in technical support was outstanding. She found the part for my (over 12 year old) Matki shower within minutes. I have been trying to source this for many months from elsewhere with no luck. It absolutely made my day.

I bought 3 showers from Matki Yate in 2005 I have one walk in in my ensuite bedroom upstairs and a classica with black granite tray in my summer house on the jetty in my garden by the sea and now taking out my corner bath to insert my last shower which is in glass with gold is right hand opening and plain white granite shower tray.errecting it this month has been wrapped in garage good as new so excited to install and take out corner bath.bought large head shower sprays all as good as new👍
