I received an email from the delivery company used by mattress shed saying my bed would be delivered am. When it didn't arrive by 11.30am I called as I had to go to work. The lady I spoke to said she'd contact the delivery driver and get back to me and I'm still waiting on the call. I was horrified to find half??? My bed had been left at my neighbours house. When I called querying why only half the bed was there I was told this happens sometimes. The reasoning defeats me as surely this means double delivery costs? I also requested a time of delivery for the next half and was basically told tough luck it will come when it comes. I specifically told them NOT to leave this with my neighbour as it's such an inconvenience. Lo and behold when I returned it was in my neighbours porch. I emailed the company saying I found both their service and thier customer relations were awful. Needless to say I received no reply. I'm totally disgusted that they couldn't come and go given that the delivery charge was quite high at £39.

I checked the delivery people's website to track our delivery, they had tried to deliver but we weren't in. We had no information or email to say they were going to deliver. They said they then sent an email which was never received. I emailed them and they said tell us when you want it delivered which we did but they deliver it on a different day. We have now got our bed the boxes are damaged but don't think the bed is but we won't know until we put it together which will be a few weeks due to decorating.I have had a bed from them previously and it is fine.

Bed delivered on time. Easy assembly. Looks great. Really pleased.

Good quality product with fantastic price but needs to improve customer service experience.

The Bed arrived within reasonable time from ordering but we would have liked a better idea when it was arriving with some say with the courier on when, as we both work! Unfortunately when it arrived the courier didnt seem to care that the box was damaged! The instructions were okay and the build seems okay apart from the bed slats which the strength concerns me, we looked at the Wowcher site and the mattress shed and there was no information to say the maximum weight for each side is 85KG which is not really strong enough for us both but what can we do now after we have bought it and put it up, that information should have been on the site not in the instructions to find. We have put a complaint in and it has been opened up three times but we have had no reply.

The bed is good quality, the price was awesome. The delivery service was exceptional. Would highly recommend, I fact I already have.

The bed is all good, comfortable & easy enough to put together. Getting the bed however was altogether much more stressful. We received an email advising we would get a call to book in a 3 hr slot for delivery- this never happened. We both work so when the delivery turned up we were not home. Instead of leaving a calling card or arranging another delivery time, the driver left my new bed outside on the doorstep- which is in the middle of the street. Completely unacceptable! We therefore haven't signed for the delivery or checked if there were damages etc (thankfully there weren't) when my elderly mother in law passed the property she realised what had happened & brought the delivery inside on her own. Despite being in her 70s and one of the boxes weighing 34kg and stating that it needed to be lifted by 2 people. This should have never happened! My bed could have been stolen. Disgraceful customer service from the courier company.

Really really happy with our new bed. Delivered when it suited us. Easy to put up. Very good quality wnf very comfortable. World definitely buy from you again.

The delivery was awful, person delivering was rude and nasty will not shop again.

Bed came within the delivery time, have only now managed to get somebody to put it together for me, both of the Pistons not working!!

Great value - good sturdy bed, good value and easy to follow instructions, for those that can't do flat pack. It is a good full size single bed and the storage space is so good I was amazed at how much would fit in. I would certainly recommend this product.

Great service and fast secure delivery of a top quality single bed. Easy to assemble with helpful instructions that are easy to follow. Superb easy lift system allows plenty of underbed storage. Cannot recommend enough.

Turned out got lost between manufacturer and distributor.

Ordered 2 Ottoman beds using a voucher scheme. Excellent service, speedy delivery, good communications regarding the delivery stages and great quality product. Will definitely use again. Thank-you.

I have never used Mattress Shed before but glad I did. The mattress is very well made and of top quality. It came rolled up in thick protective wrapping and rolled out completely flat once opened.

I ordered a single otterman storage bed via woucher. Ordered from the Matress Shed and waited for delivery which after a phone call was told it would be early the following week. Then the day after my phone call on Thursday morning I get an email stating the bed would be delivered that afternoon. Had to have afternoon off as no one was home.

Apart from that everything else is fine and I am more than happy with the bed.

I Ordered a new bed from mattress shed and couldn't have been happier. We received the bed quite quickly and the correspondance was fantastic I knew where the bed was every step of the way. I would recommend this company in the future.
