First, we want to assure you that our website uses secure, industry-standard encryption and processes payments through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers, nor do we share customer payment information with third parties.

That said, we understand your concern, especially given the timing. However, it’s important to note that legitimate businesses—including ours—cannot access or transmit your card details to unrelated companies like rental car agencies. Fraudulent charges often stem from data breaches elsewhere, skimming devices, or phishing scams, and sometimes compromised cards are tested with small purchases before larger fraud occurs.

We strongly recommend:
Reporting the charge immediately to your bank/card issuer and requesting a new card.
Filing a fraud alert if needed.
Hope you have got the payemnt back.
