What an incredible person centred service MAXCO delivers. I have had instant support from the Chat facility regardless of what time of night!! I cannot recommend this service highly enough - and value for money is second to none - MAXCO are the best of the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s a minefield out there wondering what services to use - please do not hesitate to contact MAXCO first - I’ve been with them for over three years and completely satisfied.

Live chat… I wasn’t able to pay my invoice as the system wasn’t working. I used live chat and they sorted my problem out, very help full and always available.

I don't often write reviews but I find that MAXCO deserve o good write up. The service and quality of picture is very stable and very good quality even in bad weather.
I have needed help several times over the last few years and have always been seen to and sorted out very quickly.
Customer helpline is spot-on and swift. I have been with MAXCO for several years and shall stay next year too, I am sure of that, Highly Recommended Service!!!!

Like most people say, when it works it's great but it often fails,sometimes it will be certain channels ther times i can't get on anything! all i kep getting is the playback error. the online help is good but i don't want to and feel i shouldn't need to pay for vpn on top of maxco service or keep deleting app and reinstalling it everytime! i understand there is always some issues with using apps over broadband/wifi and all that but these issues are just way to much to often!

I've had this service for over 2 years. When its workng, its great. Unfortunately, it fails a lot, especially during live football (but also during Movies & Shows).
When you raise a support ticket they blame it on your equipment or ISP.
It was good but recently in 2025 its getting worse.
