Very good service as a rule. I had a bit of an issue last January when the service went down. A quick message to support and they got me back on. It would have saved time and trouble though if I had received notification with instructions of what I needed to do. Also a reminder about payment renewal date would be good.

Response times are insane! I am extremely impressed so far.

If I could, I would give StreamQ a 0 star rating. Since signing up for 6 months in October of 2025 I have had to contact Tech Support every single week - sometimes, multiple times per week because my account does not work. Nobody seems to know how to read the history of my account and I am left repeating myself over and over about the same issue. 6 days ago, I was promised that everything was fixed AGAIN and I just signed on to find the usual message about my account being expired. I cannot say enough about how incredibly horrible my experience with StreamQ has been. They certainly didn't have any trouble getting my money. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND StreamQ

The service keeps not working. When I contacted customer service via Telegram, they take over 20 minutes to respond. They asked for the username I'm using and then stopped communication completely. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed.

We really enjoy using StreamQ. We have been using StreamQ for a few years now, and are always pleased with the service and support they provide. StreamQ is by far the best provider out there. The channel and movie selection is endless and is constantly updated. I will continue to use StreamQ and refer my friends and family to StreamQ.

I dont know why everyone loves this IPTV. First off, they dont have 24/7 customer service. They say its up 99.9% of the time, meanwhile I havent had access to the platform for the past 2 days and this isn't the first time this happened. When it does work, channels will freeze, channels wont load, it is not the ideal iptv. Ive had better ones in the past that I would have stuck with if they didnt shut down. Hopefully for the sake of future customers, streamq is next on that list.

Horrible service. You will love it during the 24 hr trial window. That may lead you to getting the 1 yr subscription. Within 1 month, channels will start showing ‘no signal found.’ You willl contact them. They will be polite answering with ‘hello sir.’ They will then go ‘fix’ something. That will get you through the day. Things will progressively get worse and you will notice that each time you want to watch tv, they need to ‘fix’ something. Eventually you come to the realization that this is a horrible service. You can never watch what you want and you just wasted your money.

I fully recommend StreamQ IPTV to everyone. I've been a subscriber for over 2 years now and their IPTV service is the best there is and I've tried a few. You can watch great live TV, Movies and Series from around the world. The service is second to none, flawless and at a great price. Customer Service is excellent as well if you have any issues. These Guys are on the ball all the time.

This service from Stream Q has been the best for us. Very few service interruptions and when there is, they re all over getting issues solved as quickly as possible. The subscription is great. Loads fo channels, movies and series to choose from and find new favorites. We switched from cable to IPTV a few years ago and have tried many providers. This had been the best we have used heads down and have renewed again because of it.

Fantastic service. By far the best one I have used. The support team are brilliant. Huge amount of tv channels from various countries, movies and tv series. You really can't go wrong with this service.
