I made a £1200 withdrawal on June 12th 2023 and still haven’t received my winnings,, every time I contact them on chat they say the same old rubbish that my withdrawal is pending and not been processed yet,, this company are a absolute waste of time and basically they are thieves,, all I want is to be paid,, don’t join this site

Ich habe die Firmenadresse von der MaximalWin Handelsgesellschaft mbH auf der Webseite von OnlineCasinosTube ihren Youtube Kanal gefunden, ich war neugierig und wollte den YouTuber Maximaleinsatz bzw. den echten "4 Euro Apache" von YouTube und Twitch endlich mal live sehen und besuchen. Da ich die Jungs und den Max schon seit über 10 Jahren aktiv verfolge und auch privat öfter mal in Kontakt auf Instagram mit ihm hatte.

Am Anfang hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, die verhältnismäßig kleinen Büro räume, im Vergleich zum riesigen Komplex & Grundstück der MaximalEinsatzWin GmbH in einem Mitte bis großen Gewerbepark / Gewerbegebiet in Hamburg zu finden.

Doch mit etwas Mut und Gedult habe ich das eindeutig gekennzeichnete Grundstück und Gebäude förmlich umzingelt von großen Seecontainern und hohen Zeunen welche mit NATO-Draht & Kameras abgesichert waren gefunden. Ich nahm allen Mut zusammen um das Grundstück an dem großen geöffneten Firmen Tor zu betreten. mitten am Anfang des Grundstücks standt ein großes langes Gebäude (Bungalow) ich nahm nochmal allen Mut zusammen und klingelte einfach an der Tür mit dem Klingelschuld. MaximalEinsatz Handelsgesellschaft mbh. Ja ich hatte dann doch noch Erfolg.

Leider habe ich Maximaleinsatz oder jemand anderen von den jungs nicht angetroffen. Mir wurde von einem Partner / Angestellten? Ich weiß es nicht genau in welcher Funktion der kräftige, mittelalte süddeutsche Mann zur Firma oder Maximaleinsatz steht, mitgeteilt das Max sich noch bis Ende dieses Jahres in Japan / Tokio aufhält und vermutlich erst um die Weihnachtszeit 2023 wieder zurück nach deutschland kommt.

Natürlich war ich etwas enttäuscht nach dem fast 30 minütigen suchen, dennoch muss ich sagen ich wurde sehr freundlich in wirklich gut gepfelgten und seriösen geschäftsräumen empfangen und begrüßt und habe sogar ein kühles Getränk, Kaffee oder Tee und snacks angeboten bekommen.

Ich habe aber, da ich einen Geschäftstermin in Hamburg hatte, dankend abgelehnt und mir wurde gesagt ich soll einfach mal den Max privat wegen eines treffen anschreiben auf @Maximaleinsatz und am besten auf Instagram.

I wish I had read here before depositing but the big bonus gave me tunnel vision. I was surprised by all the non payments as I got to 2 bonus rounds and won $8 and $2 on them and those were my biggest wins on $200. It seemed impossible to win anything on this site. I may just have had terrible luck but it seemed strange to me. I've never had anything close to this bad before.

Hi! About three months ago, I won €900 in the Maximal wins online casino game! It was a Saturday.. They already transferred the money to my INGB bank account on Monday! They didn't ask for any kind of paper, I mean an identity card, water or energy in your name or gas account. Everything was fine!! I won €2000 again on the fourth of March. I transferred it the same day! I haven't received it since then!! I wrote to the customer service many times and I always got the answer that the payment takes 7-21 days. Now to the manager I also wrote an email then, but there was no reply!! They waited for the last week and I received an email from them asking for all pages of my identity card and a utility bill with my name on it. I sent it to them. the payment! The next day I received an email again saying that an error had occurred and back
they transferred €2,000 to my player account. They also told me to transfer it to my bank card again and they are dealing with my case out of line.. Nothing has happened since then!! I think they transferred the money back to my player account because they thought that I reach out and play! Please help, because this is very annoying!

Unlike others, I did get my winnings paid out. This took 3 days. So apparently there is (occasionally?) paid out.

Wish I could put minus stars as that's what they need. Waited months for my withdrawal, usual excuses of delays etc. Now they tell me it's got to go back to my balance to await a fresh withdrawal request. But can't tell me when it's going back to my account to start all over again.

I've tried to withdraw 4000 euros since 1st of january. They keep cancelling the request due to "unexpected technical issues".

Hi i requested a payout from maximal wins on march 3rd i have messeged and asked what s happening with my withdrawal it s the same thing have patience and we have a very thorough process which is a complete lie for the last 5 email s it s been the exact same response word for word i won 4000$ and put in about 350$ so i don t think i ll ever see that again i don t get how online casinos can use a liscence they don t have and get promoted to rip people off and not face any lawsuits or consequence and keep doing it these guys need to be shutdown now and face something more than a fine.

I did my withdrawal 18th of January for 2300 euro. Still didn’t receive my money after 100 messages from me. It’s really unbelievable how they treat you every time with the same story. Don’t play on this site. You will never receive your money
