Selling a wheelie service what does not exist in doncaster

Cancelled appointment 18/7/26 AND still cannot get in touch or respond to emails or phone

As some of the other reviews say I got the same scam, booked through an experience day company, postponed in may due to "track resurfacing" till today, drove 2 1/2 hours to find a Motorcross track, staff there said the company folded in march, the track was never being resurfaced, lots of other people have turned up and asked the same question, 2 more turned up while I was there

Total scam, do not book this business has folded despite continuing to take out money, no return calls or emails no refund no event, venue owner states not been there since April 26! Chris is taking your money and not delivering avoid like the plague .😡

DO NOT USE. Booked wheelie school in December 2025, for May 16th 2026. This was cancelled by Max Up on May 14th, with the offer of rebook or refund. Went for the rebook for July 18th. Communication from from that point was bad to non existent. Phone calls unanswered, voicemail & email not replied to.
Turned up on the 18th, track all gated shut. Spoke with the nearby & unconnected Fat Cat Moto Parc who said Max Up hadn't been there since April 2026. I'm now £225 out of pocket.

Do not use , rang multiple times and emailed to book an experience and no response ! Awful reviews on trust pilot. Will now take this back to the experience day we booked through and our bank.
We can’t even complain as you never answer the phone or reply on messages !!!

I had my event cancelled by max up 2 days before I was due to attend on the 6th June. Their excuse for cancelling was admin problems and track repair at the venue.
I have since been to the track and it is not in need of repair in fact motorcycles were racing around it so they are still taking peoples money and stringing them along with lame excuses.
I have tried to contact them via phone and email for a refund with no success and have lodged a chargeback with my credit card company..

They Cancelled my booking and never heard anything from them after that. I think theyre closed but still accepting booking to maybe still get some money.. DO NOT BOOK anymore as they will cancel yours as well and you wont heard from them

Booking was cancelled by Max Up via email, then heard nothing, they didn't reply to emails or phone calls, couldn't book another date, lucky I paid by B'card and claimed money back through them.

Scammers !

Paid for three people and then received an email cancelling the visit. No refund, no response to emails, and no communication at all.

Do not book this experience.
They have closed down.

Me and 2 other friends turned up today. 6th June 2026 afternoon session and nobody was there. It looks like it's not been used for a while.
We spoke to some people nearby and they told us they seen them couple months ago packing there stuff up and leaving and not seen them since.
While we was there another lad turned up on his bike who had riden 3 hours. We had to tell him the bad news too. I am now in the process of getting a refund from virgin red experience days.

The website says they are still open but believe me they are not. I have tired calling them over 20 times over the past 2 weeks with no answer. No reply on Facebook and they have not replied to my emails regarding booking the voucher in and selecting a date. Hence why i turning up today to claim the voucher in person.
I now know why they wasn't picking up. The only response I did get from them was a message on Facebook telling me they are sorry that haven't replied because they have been to an event and will get back to me Tuesday of this week just gone. Obviously they didn't and clearly they know they had left and why didn't they tell me. Clearly they are not very decent people.

Fantastic day , the trainers were very good and made us all feel very relaxed while remaining professional. I would recommend this school

Great day, pace is designed on average participants learning curve, but if you go a second time you can pick up where you left off.

I’ll definitely be going again next spring

Brilliant course, trainers very skilled polite and supportive during training course. Bikes are excellent for the course. Overall a very enjoyable but hands on experience. I will book again in spring to further improve my learning skills in a safe controlled environment.

very well organised, the day was chilled with great control and instuction

Friendly fellas and clear instruction but 9 people turned up for 8 places. I ended up going home after 2 short turns. Track is a bit small for what you are trying to learn in my opinion.

Absolutely amazing would recommend to everyone

All of the team were great, excellent tuition and very patient.

Was an awesome afternoon found em very helpful and welcoming I learnt a new technique and got better each time even as an older biker they taught me something new well done guys
