As I know, you proved you have little knowledge about what it’s going on with the accounts you manage. I also sent an email to Mayple a few days ago stating I followed all steps you suggested like calling bank, sending statements etc. Still account is disabled. And I reached out to you to tell you all of this and your answer was kind of “ well you need to deal with FB”. ALSO the refund was not because of your interaction with FB, the refund came much earlier because of my bank, so please your “success team” really did not do anything but just exchanging emails with FB in the same way EVERYONE can do. PLUS For some reason I’m in a chain of emails between your “professional “ and Fb: his manager account was disabled too. and the one of of his clients as well … I leave this here for people to understand what Mayple is about and draw their own conclusions. The facts are : lot of $$ of my small business were taken from Mayple and it brought me ZERO ROI and FB account blocked. And please don’t say my website is not working : I’m driving sales since the day I hired from upwork a google talent. It is costing me much less, he is top rated ( YOUR GUY I FOUND on it WAS NOT) and getting sales everyday. Plus we used to run campaigns before as well, and they were going well, I wanted to scale that’s why I engaged Mayple. So please Mayple, don’t use this review to hide your mistake but to improve your service.

AND : please make sure al the reviews you see about Mayple are real. One of the strategy they suggested was to ask to my family and friends to write reviews on my pages. Indeed you can see their answer to my previous review came at the same time of 3 five stars reviews. I know reviews are a great marketing tool, but if they are not authentic you are driving a no ethical business strategy. They also offer clients some kind of promotion in exchange of a review. I received a big offer a month ago. So my advice is , if you are a small business you can find your CMO professional without paying for a fee to someone that really is not going to do anything more for you. I can’t say anything about their other packages, so this is just for PPC and CMO one.

My family member has a drop-shipping fashion business (Shopify store). We worked with several freelancers but the results were mediocre, we started with Mayple right before Apple's IDFA in June 2021. Like others we were struggling with skyrocketing CTRs out of nowhere, Mayple held our hands through the process and helped us tweak all the nitty-gritty facebook knobs, thus helping us mitigate the IDFA effect.

We were sold on the notion that we would be getting a Mayple expert to help get us the results we wanted and that they would be there to fight for us and ask the questions and push the marketer. Our goal was to drop our acquisition cost by about 50% and in the end, our costs went UP 50%. Every single week our costs went up and up and up while our "Maypler" didn't do anything to help fix this. Marketer was not replaced, no strategy calls booked, nothing. Before having used Mayple we got better results just doing it ourselves. We had a whole performance review call with our marketer as well as our Maypler where we reviewed the ever-growing costs that were sky high after 2.5 months of Mayple running them. At the end of the call, our Maypler only said ONE suggestion which was something I had already brought up and that was it.

I don't get what the point of Mayple is if they don't do anything for you when your costs are growing out of control. They do not fight for you. They do not question or push or replace the marketing expert for you. They don't appear to do anything for you at all other than take your money each month. Not to mention we signed on for $1,800 a month and were then billed $1,800 + $450 a month for some unknown reason I still haven't figured out.

Mayple helped me to find excellent ecommerce paid marketing freelancers, who helped me 2 increase the revenue of 2 online e-commerce businesses in more than 300% within 6 months. Highly recommended for serious ecomm enterpenuers.

As a freelancer, it's great having the supportive customer team at Mayple to help with any matters.

The client work is great having worked with some really exciting startups and growing companies.

Would recommend both for freelancer and companies alike.

I continuously hit my head against a wall by trying marketers referred by friends, sourced from upwork, or that I met at a conference. It seems that nowadays everyone is a "digital marketer".

Mayple understands the industry and vet marketers based on metrics, not how friendly or good at talking they are. So whatever you get from Mayple will be FOR SURE above average. You can't go wrong with Mayple.
