I ordered some clothes and a candle from Maze online. I needed the candle to be sent with a personalised message and Hilda was super understanding and took care of everything. I was also really impressed by the customer service in the Clifton clothes store. I was served by a young, slim lady with dark hair (sorry I don't recall her name) and she couldn't have been more helpful.

Bought a beautiful dress at the store a few years ago now. Yes I should have wrote this sooner. But the dress fell apart a few weeks later with the stitching being very poor.
I then called the store and they stated to send the item to the shop and they would then look into it.
I have wrote several emails one being a year ago but have had nothing back. I just resigned to the fact that I have lost the £100 plus dress.
I thought it best to write this so you are aware in case you ever have to return anything in the post direct to store. Don’t. You won’t ever see if again.

I like to support independent shops and Maze is one of the best. When I lived in Bristol I used to visit frequently to check out their latest products from creatively sourced brands. There was always a friendly and helpful welcome. Now I live in France I use their online services, although that has become more complicated since Brexit. Whenever I return to Bristol I always make a pilgrimage to one of my favourite shops.

I am so pleased to have found this super shop selling quality clothing by designers a little different from the norm. My online purchase was delivered in next to no time. Items very well packaged along with a handwritten note which was a lovely touch. Excellent service all round and certainly my new go to shop 🥰

Maze has always been a favourite of mine and I was devastated when they left Bath as I like to go to the physical shop to try a range of items. I particularly enjoy their range of designers. However their online service is brilliant (the little handwritten notes are a lovely personal touch) and their clothes are good quality and a bit different.

I like to support independent shops and Maze has a great choice of designers. Living rurally I don’t get in to Bristol often so online shopping is really useful and the service was excellent! Thank you

I used to visit the shop in Bath and I bought the most amazing jacket there.
Now I shop on line. The clothes are so well made and there is a great selection of brands that you don't find anywhere else to choose from.
I know that I am going to be happy with my choices.
Ordering is easy and clothes arrive beautifully packaged within three or four days.

I've shopped a few times online as they stock lines I can't find elsewhere, always arrives very quickly and beautifully packaged. Love it!
