Stay away – an extremely frustrating experience for a small business

Based on our experience, I strongly advise small businesses and start-ups to stay away from this company.

We originally entered into a contract with MB Labs in Düsseldorf. During the process, the company structure changed and the business is now linked to a company in Dubai, which made the situation even more difficult for us.

At the beginning, everything seemed professional and reassuring. Communication was fast, people were helpful, and we were given a lot of confidence that our products would be manufactured and delivered as agreed.

Unfortunately, this changed completely over time.

Responses became increasingly rare, contact persons changed repeatedly, clear answers were almost impossible to get, and promised delivery dates were constantly delayed or simply not respected.

In our case, only part of the goods we paid for were delivered. The remaining products were never delivered despite repeated follow-ups and requests for clear information.

What makes the situation even worse is how difficult it becomes to enforce your rights once problems arise, particularly when the contracting structure is no longer based in Germany.

For a small company, this has meant months of delays, uncertainty, financial loss, wasted time, and an enormous amount of frustration.

Our experience went from highly promising at the beginning to a complete breakdown in communication and delivery.

If you are a start-up or a small business that depends on reliable production, transparent communication and agreed delivery dates, I would strongly recommend looking for another supplier.

Icj bin sehr zufrieden mit der Zusammenarbeit mit MB Labs. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit, meine eigenen Produktideen umzusetzen und mich dabei professionell begleiten zu lassen. Gerade wenn man seine eigene Marke aufbauen und eigene Produkte herstellen lassen möchte, ist es wichtig einen zuverlässigen Partner an seiner Seite zu haben.

Die Kommunikation war gut und mit hat besonders der persönliche Kontakt und die Unterstützung gefallen. Auch die Möglichkeit, eigene Rezepturen und Verpackungen zu gestalten, finde ich super.

Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung

Mir wurde ein 100 % Remote Vollzeitjob bei MBLabs, versprochen vorausgesetzt, ich nehme erfolgreich an der Triolo Bildungsakademie Weiterbildung teil. Mir wurde dann der Bildungsgutschein ausgestellt von der Agentur für Arbeit und trotz erfolgreicher Teilnahme an der Weiterbildung blieb einen Job bei MBLabs bis zum Schluss aus. Ich habe von mehreren anderen Teilnehmern des Kurses die gleiche Erfahrung gehört. Daher auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Our experience with MB Labs has been extremely frustrating. Our products have been in production for more than six months, with repeated delays and no clear resolution or reliable completion date.

We chose MB Labs because they offered small-MOQ production, but a service should not be offered if orders cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe. During this delay, we were able to have another manufacturer produce our pre-workout in approximately six weeks—making the six-plus-month wait even more difficult to understand.

We have repeatedly requested status updates and have been more than patient. At this point, we need MB Labs to complete production immediately or issue a full refund. If the matter is not resolved by the end of the month, we will have no choice but to explore legal options.

Communication, transparency, and timely production are essential when trusting a manufacturer with your business. Unfortunately, MB Labs has not met those expectations in our experience.

There has been NO communication from them again in almost a month.

Aufpassen! habe bei mb Labs über die deutsche Vetretung mindabolics gmbh bestellt und auch mit Vorkasse bezahlt, seit bezahlung und Designerstellung keine Rückmeldung mehr. Liefertermin wurde überzogen und ein Mahnverfahren eröffnet.
Kann allen nur davon abraten

Omg, auf gar keinen Fall einen Auftrag hier aufgeben! Höchst unprofessionell und respektlos im Umgang mit potenziellen Kunden. Ich war dauernd im Austausch mit dem Mitarbeiter Yassine Krimi. Dauernd verspätet zu Terminen um die ich sogar mehrfach anfragen musste, wo die bleiben und viel mehr. Es werden Versprechungen gemacht die nie eingehalten wurden. Es wurde ein Termin zur Produktentwicklung gemacht, wo MB-Labs 30 MINUTEN zu spät gekommen sind, ohne Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung. Stattdessen sagt man mir das alle im Urlaub sind und jetzt keiner da ist für das Gespräch, warum bietet man mir einen Termin an den man ein Tag vorher per Mail abgeschlossen hat? Anschließend mit einem hochnäsigen Ton das die Kunden haben die für 20.-30.000€ einkaufen und ich mir einen anderen Produzenten suchen soll nur weil ich gesagt habe das es unprofessionell ist Kunden 30 Minuten warten zu lassen. Ich hab das Gespräch aufgenommen um mich zu schützen aber eins kann ich sagen, auf gar keinen Fall Steck ich einen Cent in diese Firma! Aufpassen!!!

Katastrophe! Meine Erfahrung mit Mindabolics war sehr sehr enttäuschend.

Vor der Zahlung wirkte alles professionell: schnelle Antworten, freundliche Kommunikation und ein reibungsloser Ablauf. Nach der Bezahlung änderte sich das jedoch komplett.

E-Mails blieben unbeantwortet, Lieferzeiten wurden nicht eingehalten und ich erhielt keine klaren Informationen. Später hieß es, größere Bestellungen würden priorisiert – das wurde vorher nie erwähnt.

Auch nach weiterer Wartezeit kam keine Lieferung. Meine Rückerstattung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.

Aus meiner Erfahrung kann ich Mindabolics auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen. Ich werde rechtlich dagegen vorgehen

Je ne recommande absolument pas ! Action en justice en cours ! Très grosse arnaque ! Avant le paiement tout est ok. Grosse facture paiement fais comptant pour accélérer la livraison et op plus personne ! Énorme perte de temps vraiment déçu ! Ne vous faites pas avoir par leurs promesses. My experience with Mindabolics has been extremely disappointing.

At the beginning, everything seemed professional. They were responsive, friendly, and quick to schedule a meeting. Communication was smooth right up until the moment I made the payment.

After that, everything changed.

Once I paid, communication almost completely stopped. Emails went unanswered, and I received no clear information about delivery timelines. After waiting for about 4–6 weeks, I finally got a response — only to be told that they prioritize larger orders over new or smaller clients. This was never communicated before payment.

I was then told to wait an additional four weeks for the product. I did — and still received nothing. No delivery, no updates, no accountability.

Eventually, I requested a refund. It has now been over two months, and I have neither received my money back nor any meaningful response. I even tried to get my wire returned.

This is not how a legitimate business operates. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away.

Onboarding was amazing, friendly and easy. Products did take a little longer to arrive than expected, but they were top quality. Communication with the team was great.

Ich habe 100 Supplement Dosen produzieren lassen und bin zufrieden! Produktionszeit hat sich etwas verzögert aber ich bin mit der gelieferten Ware zufrieden. Beim Etikett wurde uns ebenfalls geholfen und der Preis war auch in Ordnung. Gerne wieder!

Einfach Hammer, man kann hier seine Supplements problemlos produzieren lassen je nach Wunsch und Menge! Vom Design bis hin zu den Inhaltsstoffen, alles ist komplett individuell anpassbar und das gute ist man hat nur eine Mindeststückzahl von 100 Stück so kann selbst mit wenig Budget bereits der Supplement Traum in Erfüllung gehen. Ich selber habe meine supplements bei MB produziert und muss sagen Qualität und Geschmack sind 1a alle notwendigen Zertifikate liegen vor und die Jungs kümmern sich um alles! Immer wieder gerne ✌🏻
