Our experience with MB Labs has been extremely frustrating. Our products have been in production for more than six months, with repeated delays and no clear resolution or reliable completion date.

We chose MB Labs because they offered small-MOQ production, but a service should not be offered if orders cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe. During this delay, we were able to have another manufacturer produce our pre-workout in approximately six weeks—making the six-plus-month wait even more difficult to understand.

We have repeatedly requested status updates and have been more than patient. At this point, we need MB Labs to complete production immediately or issue a full refund. If the matter is not resolved by the end of the month, we will have no choice but to explore legal options.

Communication, transparency, and timely production are essential when trusting a manufacturer with your business. Unfortunately, MB Labs has not met those expectations in our experience.

Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Ich habe meine Bestellung vor über einem Jahr bezahlt und bis heute weder meine Supplements erhalten noch eine Rückerstattung bekommen. Nach der Zahlung wurde die Kommunikation immer schwieriger und mein Problem bis heute nicht gelöst.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ! Action en justice en cours ! Très grosse arnaque ! Avant le paiement tout est ok. Grosse facture paiement fais comptant pour accélérer la livraison et op plus personne ! Énorme perte de temps vraiment déçu ! Ne vous faites pas avoir par leurs promesses. My experience with Mindabolics has been extremely disappointing.

At the beginning, everything seemed professional. They were responsive, friendly, and quick to schedule a meeting. Communication was smooth right up until the moment I made the payment.

After that, everything changed.

Once I paid, communication almost completely stopped. Emails went unanswered, and I received no clear information about delivery timelines. After waiting for about 4–6 weeks, I finally got a response — only to be told that they prioritize larger orders over new or smaller clients. This was never communicated before payment.

I was then told to wait an additional four weeks for the product. I did — and still received nothing. No delivery, no updates, no accountability.

Eventually, I requested a refund. It has now been over two months, and I have neither received my money back nor any meaningful response.

This is not how a legitimate business operates. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away.

So my problems started with this company back in September when I handed over 3000 euros to them to make my pre workout they messed me around saying they are really busy after initially promising me the product in 2 weeks
I then went through my bank and got my money back after 5 months also also they are lying they don't have there own manufacturing unit they get the products from China using ali baba save yourself money and time and go elsewhere

GRENZT AN FRECHHEIT

2 Monate Lieferzeit , ist eine Unverschämtheit und man wird auch nicht Informiert über einen evtl. Lieferengpass.

Na ja am 14.12.25 bestellt und bis heute 09.02. Noch nichts erhalten.
Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice war bisher (drei Werktage) nicjt erfolgreich, mal gespannt wann ich meine

Nach anfänglichem Zweifel, der aus einer etwas langen Lieferzeit entstanden ist, überraschte mich plötzlich doch noch ein gutes Gefühl, das sich bis jetzt bestätigt hat. Kurz gesagt: Seriöse und sympathische Firma, die ich jeder Zeit mit gutem Gewissen wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann! 👍♥️

Es ist sehr angenehm zu essen und gut verträglich. Man spürt die Wirkung schon nach kurzer Zeit und fühlt dich ausgeglichen und frisch.

Ich habe das zweite Mal bestellt und bei der ersten Bestellung schon länger als 8 Wochen gewartet. In den FAQ werden 6 bis 18 Werktage angegeben. Nun, ich zähle mittlerweile über 40. Ein Storno sei angeblich nicht möglich und eine Versandnummer hätte man nicht.
Ich habe jetzt den Verbraucherschutz informiert und lasse diesen Verzug rechtlich klären, zumal Mindabolics nach der 2.Mahnung nicht mehr antwortet.
Für meinen Geschmack ist dieses Verhalten etwas zu unseriös.

Schmeckt super. Ich fühlemich nichtmehr ganz so müde

Fast 4 Wochen Lieferzeit und dann ein Shilajit ohne jeglichen Herkunftsnachweis geliefert bekommen. Auf Rückfragen dazu wird nicht mehr geantwortet!

Betrugsmasche verkaufen die Bundels schicken aber nur einen Teil der Bestellung. Support Mail sind Bots. Zu dem ist es Dropshipping aus China also wartet man schon mal 4 Wochen auf seine Bestellung.
