Really embarrassed about that Wilhelm, Iâm sorry.
With that said, he was patient, showed amazing customer service skills. Even better technical skills and while showing me the program has done no harm to my car, even accessed hard to edit levels with ease.
In the end went to the shop, counterfeit spark plugs bought on eBay (1000+ 5star seller)were to blame.
Canât wait to use MBTools again. Already got plans to virginize and AMG speedometer and be back to review again.
Sure that customer support is outstanding, responsive, committed to customer success.
Just have to point out that noobs (like me) should take care on what weâre doing.
Finally: free stuff has no official support. I suggest MBTools to charge per VIN or transaction. You deserve it.

Great solution for a modest price.
The quality of the software and experience with the people that run the company. I wanted to code AMG menu to my car, and had looked at several options that were expensive, and required programming skill. MBTools gave me what I needed in a GUI push button environment. It literally took less than 30 seconds from selection, to writing and booting the cluster to give me exactly what I wanted.
The team at MBTools answered my questions over WhatsApp very quickly. Both Ross and Wilhelm were amazing to work with. I am going to use their services again.
