I have requested a refund after they gave me a useless update file for 88$ for updating and solving absolutely nothing ever, no glitches has been fixed, no system changes at all, NOTHING, after i asked him for refund they start saying bad words and racism for the jewish community, ( they think i am jewish cause i am fron israel ) I am not jewish but this is absolutely disgusting reply from a employee working in company, I WILL POST THIER REPLY, i wishh i can post images to show it,

This is a legal contract in law. Terms of business says if you have downloaded the file and installed you do not have the right to ask for a refund. You have downloaded the file, installed it. So you have no right to ask for a refund. But we have submitted your refund due to a customer request. Because you have reported you are unhappy. Ok no problem we do not need your money. We are not a scammer and thief like your jewish community. Now please shut up and do not waste our time anymore. You have zero IQ to understand the situations. Do not waste your time as well. You have been banned from using our services anymore. Now enjoy your cheap useless skoda car.

Ordered and paid for map update after having questions efficiently answered. Loaded into Audi TT MMI. It said it was loaded but nothing was visible in the menus or on map. Requested help.

After several emails, it was determined the issue may be in my MMI system. I was offered a refund and accepted that. Waiting for refund now. So hopefully all sorted and good.

Needed some adaptations in a module that's protected SFD2 with the SFD2 token. Perfect experience through Whatsapp. Engeneer knows what he is talking about!

My VAG unit was in trouble and required an emergency update. I contacted the staff at VAG and got an immediate reply informing me how they could help. I purchased a firmware update and got sent with instructions and received more help via their WhatsApp. They have been amazing and helped me restore my unit back to normal. Will recommend to anyone having trouble with their units needing an emergency download.

I bought the firmware but had some trouble installing it at first. The support team was awesome — after a few tries, we finally got it installed. Now the issues with Android Auto disconnecting and Bluetooth lagging are completely gone. Thanks again!

I had an issue with my VW radio not playing any sound. VW claimed it needed extensive troubleshooting, but Vagupdate quickly created a file that brought the sound back – fast and easy! Very professional and efficient service. Highly recommended if you want things solved without hassle.

CarPlay was activated on my car, after a month of searching for a solution from the manufacturer, I always got a response that they didn't have a solution, VAGupdate activated it for me and everything was as they said, thank you very much for every compliment.

Have a problem with android auto. Checked with vagupdate.com if the update would resolve the issue. They claimed to have contacted dealer and confirmed that the update would resolve the issue. It didn't. Before ordering we had comnversation via WhatsApp, we agreed that if the update didn't resolve the issue i could apply for a refund. Now they refuse to refund the money

I was in contact with VAGUpdate Team due to error message in my MHI3 Unit where after installation software 4xxx by myself from version 3xxx red Engineering menu was blocked. They unlocked red menu as well as they upgraded my MMI to latest software version, they flashed telemetrii module, gateway and unlocked taillights animation in my Audi a4 b9 from 2019.
All was done within 3hrs via remote location.
I am very satisfied and confirm their 100% professional service.
They have a knowladge and practise in different module flashing so if you have an issue with Audi car feeling free to contact them.

Great service from VAGupdate following a failed update on an infotainment system they managed to enable the otherwise locked engineering menu and proceed with the update. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I was bit worried due to negative reviews here, but still ordered infotainment update for Seat car. The support was very helpful and was able to get me exact version for EU region that I needed. Everything works great, I don't quite understand where the negative reviews come from, but I have not tried other products from them. Maybe only thing, I'd say is that the prices are little bit high.

Had an issue with MMI coding. The gentleman installed all nessesary drivers and stayed remote logged in nearly 8 hours until he completed the job successfully. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend!!!

I had a problem with my new VAS6154A. Mr. Joseph came online, spend time until he solved the problem. I have seen and used the services of a few companies but I can tell you honestly that no company is as real as VAGUPDATE with true professional staff. Once again I express my sense of gratitude to Mr. Joseph for his skill and professionalism and the way he patiently cares for his customer.
