My 2015 BMW 5 Series Head Unit failed.
A repeated cycle of the communications switching on and then restarting itself.
After trying to resolve this for some time I was adventually recommened Mura. The process was seamless-as long as you have someone to help remove the communication box ( similar to a car stereo & takes about 10 mins)-I didn't want to try this myself.
I checked with Mura that they could service this and the response and instructions for posting were clear and concise.
The communications box(stereo) was returned within a couple of weeks-fitted locally ( 10 mins) and all is well.

Sent my BMW CCC unit from the UK.
Repaired and returned to me with no problems even with the new rules regarding sending things from the UK to Europe concerning customs, following the instructions on their web site on what to do.
Repaired with a supplied warranty as well.

Excellent service, in every way! Shipping is easy (from Finland) and they keep the customer very well informed about the progress of the repair. Recently sent the idrive system for a 1 series BMW for repair. Was apprehensive initially but when I started to communicate with the company all concerns were quickly dealt with. The communication was excellent with the company keeping you informed regularly. The repair service was top quality completed with efficiency.

Mon ccc e90 déconnait,jusqu'à rendre l'âme. En fesant des recherche sur internet j'ai découvert mca.
Via le tchat je suis entré en contact avec eux et mon expliquer la posedure.
J'ai envoyé le ccc,
La répartition à été rapide , il me l'on renvoyé bien emballé.
Une fois monté le ccc fonctionne parfaitement et j'ai vue qu'il on fait une mise à jour du système.

Had a problem with my CIC rebooting (2013 BMW F31 Entry Head Unit). I heard about the company from a Swedish BMW-group on facebook and decided to send it to them.

I was afraid to send it all the way to Romania at first but this was the best choice I had (BMW wanted like 8-times the money to have it fixed).

Ofcourse, the unit was fixed within a day and I had it installed about a week after. Whole process took about two weeks, but that comes down to shipping.

After installing it, everything worked perfectly. And also e-mail contact with them worked super-well. They responded quickly and gave me good answers.

And if you have the same problem as me, look at some youtube tutorials on how to remove the head unit, and then contact MCA to get the form you need to fill in before sending the unit to them. The car is drive-able without the head-unit and they will have it fixed for you.

The only thing I don't know is what they actually do to the unit, if they change any component or if they reprogram it. I just asked them about this and I will edit my review if I get an answer.

Edit: I received an answer to my questions. Very good explanation and I am super happy.
And they give you one year of warranty on the repair.

I sent a BMW iDrive (2010 F10 5 Series) that was constantly rebooting to MCA. Their instructions and communications were very clear, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. The iDrive has been working perfectly since I received it back. Would highly recommend.

I had reeboting CCC on my BMW, found this company on a forum with good reviews, i tried and sent the module, everything went excellent, good info and support from them, everything was tip top. Good prices, good support all way long, and good and fast job. Excellent. Highly recommends by me to others to use them for repairs.

I had a water damaged Harman Kardon Amplifier (BMW F33), sended it over to repair. Repair was done quickly. And received the item properly back again. Everything is working again! Great service and great communication for a good price.

No sound Audi A3 MMI unit…after months of static crackle. Now sorted

After months of enduring static from my audio unit it finally packed up and I had no sound at all. I chose MCA for the repair because of the clarity of advice on their website about what the problem was, the advice for packing the unit up and completing the documentation for customs is excellent.
The reviews really helped me to decide whether to send my unit abroad for repair, but there’s no better advert than a happy customer.
I posted the MMI unit to Romania via Royal Mail (£16.00). The parcel was tracked and it took just under a fortnight to get there, make sure to follow the website instructions to the letter. MCA returned the repaired unit via DHL, at a cost of £53 and it came back to the UK in about 4 working days.
They keep you updated with progress all through the repair so it was quite refreshing to deal with such a professional company.
I would happily use them again if necessary and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in a similar situation as mine.
As others have mentioned, Remember to keep a copy of your Royal Mail postage receipt and a photo of the completed CN22 export postage label on your packed-up unit, as you need these to prove that you ‘temporarily exported’ the unit for repair, which is essential for DHL to be able to deliver without having to charge you £45 import duty.

I'll give 5 stars if you update your webpage to show actual situation of order. In my case it still says "pending payment" even I have the product already in my hands

They repaired my CCC unit very quickly, however, there were some issues in shipping using postal services where the unit got stuck in SA and was returned back but they were very helpful and supportive all the time. They had to go and get it and ship it again to Tanzania. All of their repairs have one year warranty which gives you that peace of mind. Kudos MCA and keep it up!

Sent BMW BLUETOOTH MODULE for repair. It was returned very fast and in perfect working order. I.cannot fault this team.Excellent communication and very reasonable cost.I highly recomend this company to all BMW owners.
