Dion expertly dealt with my recent settlement agreement, clearly explaining the details and implications, so I felt fully informed at all stages of the process. His timely advice and professional experience in dealing with similar cases was much appreciated.

I reached out to McCarthy Employment Solicitors shortly after I was laid off from a Big tech company, and was offered a settlement agreement. Daniel quickly picked up my case and provided me with a lot of useful context on the labour legislation, current state of tribunals (not good) and my opportunities to negotiate a better offer from the company. I decided to proceed with the negotiation on a no-win-no-fee basis, and Daniel did a marvellous job by developing a negotiation strategy and representing my interests in communications with a company's lawyer. Eventually he managed to get more than 1-fold increase in the severance payment as part of the settlement agreement. During that time, Daniel kept me informed about all developments, sought my opinion/approval for all major decisions and promptly responded to all email communication. The entire process took a bit over a month to get all bits of the agreement aligned, but I felt like most of the delays were happening on the company's side. Overall, I'm happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend McCarthy Employment Solicitors to anyone in a similar situation.
