Making a decision to seek out legal help, and then finding the RIGHT firm, is daunting. Having gone through a process with McCarthy's, I wanted to take the time to add a review, to share how professional, insightful and successful a partnership I had with them. From the introductory call (tone, questions, balance of professionalism with empathy) to the inevitable email ping-pong as responses and decisions were needed, I felt listened to and carefully guided. A key moment for me was when I felt quite emotional, and Phil (Snr Solicitor) had the right words to help me focus on what mattered. Someone who keeps you on track, guided through what may/may not happen...these things can make a very unfortunate situation easier to bear.
I would highly recommend their whole team. I got a conclusion that ultimately worked for me, and allowed me to 'move on'.

First experience with a solicitors.

From making my first call and being unsure what to expect, Daniel concisely advised me on the process and what to expect. Sent my documents and arranged a call back and got the process underway.

I then received a punctual call from Nicole, who also helpfully advised exactly what happened next, going through the legal jargon-riddled clauses, reassuring me along the way and answering any and all questions.

This was then processed and DocuSigned online with ease.
