McGill Motorsport Ltd レビュー

I have still not received the item's I ordered.
Nearly 2 weeks since i ordered it,
Poor show.

Made a small order, was packed and shipped instantly and arrived in Switzerland a couple of days later. Great service, much appreciated.

Everything spot on thanks.

Mcgill Motorsport really are the best company i order racecar parts from, Goods are fantastic , economical, and the postage and delivery are spot on and it always amazes me considering they are based in Scotland.

Great service lighting delivery time

Really fast delivery, and everything is exactly what you want. Will be dealing with these guys a lot more 🤙🤙

Ordered some rose joints & took ten days to get here, sent e mail asking if they had been sent but no response

I asked for express shipping because it didn’t show on the website. I paid £30 for shipping, assuming it would be express, and even emailed the company before paying to confirm. They only replied after the item was sent, saying I hadn’t paid for express — even though there’s no option for it on their site.

I feel the shipping options are unclear and the customer service unhelpful. I ended up paying for expensive shipping but only got regular delivery, with no resolution offered.

Brilliant fast service

Everything was great. I had made a small error and they called me to see if that's what I meant to do and fixed the order before shipping. The parts got here quick as well. Everything fit nicely and I've got the assembly I made with them on the car and ready to race.

Quick and efficient

Great service very fast delivery

Fast service and cheapest around

Dubious business practices.

Mcgill Motorsport sell kit which is near their expiry date, which is bad enough however yet they then remove negative reviews (from a known shopping site and search engine) when consumers rightly expose them.

I sincerely advise not to shop with Mcgill motorsport.

To add, mysterious since my and a few other negative reviews, Mcgill has been flooded with loads of 'happy' customers boosting their trustpilot score.

If consumers choose to ignore my warning, up to them, personally I'll never shop with such a dubious and frankly dishonest (it is to remove negative feedback off websites) company again.

Their site was easy to use & the range of available components was exceptional. Delivery was promised by 1st class post & this was the case, because a package arrived the very next day; the amazing thing is that I live the other end of the country to Kirkcaldy. There was a slight hiccup in that my order was wrongly labelled with another customer of the same forename & my goods were shipped to this other person & vice versa. However, after ringing them & speaking to the lovely lady Rhea, sincere apologies were given & everything was sorted, with the promise of 1st class post again. For the second time a package (my order this time) was delivered the very next day.
Full marks to Rhea & McGill Motorsport!! Great Customer Care!!

Rang about 4 different motorsport shops to ask a niche question about an adaptor, Ria at McGill was the only person to take me seriously. Will be my choice for parts going forward - cheers!
