Excellent brothers in the shop i can't fault them they done me a brilliant deal on the flooring and the fitters were professional if I ever need to recommend a company it is this company

We were repeat customers of Mck flooring and based on our first experience I would give 5 stars. John came out to measure and was great, the fitters of the carpet and laminate did such a great job, very tidy and professional.

Second time we got chevron style laminate, which I assumed would be layed down in a chevron pattern but I was wrong. Apparently this pattern is layed randomly and not in the typical chevron style, which I wish I'd knew beforehand so I was a little disappointed and some of the finishes were a little messy.

Overall I would recommend MCK Flooring as they were much cheaper than everyone else and were great (but just not for the chevron laminate).

I have never been so pleased with the quality of service we had from this company start to finish, the team are amazing. I had searched for a long time for our laminate flooring with the help of Chris who explained and suggested some ideas we were so pleased with it we went back and chose a carpet the fitters were great. So many thanks to a great team

Used this company because of a friend who had used them. They was easy to speak to. I was helped choosing what type of carpet I wanted and what colour as I couldn't decide. People on the phone were really friendly.

The guys who came and fitted the carpets were excellent. They didn't ask for anything. I needed a little help with some bits of furniture to move that I couldn't do by myself. I had cleared what I could, but living alone I simply couldn't do some larger things. They helped without hesitation. I was surprised by the speed in which they fitted the carpet. I had 2 rooms done, a hall and the bathroom with lino. It was all fitted really quickly, the cut offs bagged up and they checked if I was happy, which I was. I received a follow up call a week later to check if all was well as a courtesy.

What more could I have asked for? Not sure I would have got a lower price then I paid anywhere else. I'm also not in Birkenhead where they are based and it was still no issue. Very happy. Will definitely use them again and will always recommend them from now on.

Excellent service from start to finish, great price, came out & measured up, both laminate and carpet has been laid for the whole house, had to change the date which wasn’t a problem for them, fitters were great too. Very friendly service, definitely recommend

They were really efficient, turned up when expected and great communication to allow us manage the upheaval for my elderly dad. The carpet looks great and has made a massive difference. I highly recommend this company for choice, professionalism and service.

I cannot recommend these guys enough.. Always there to help whatever time or day.. A great team with first class service.. If you need carpet, lino or a wet room doing do not hesitate in calling them cause they will go above and beyond to help you out.

I was recommended this place by a friend as I wanted to see the LVT flooring in situ due to it being so expensive. The Chester showroom had exactly what I wanted on display. I ordered LVT flooring and I was kept up to date with fitting instructions and cost. The fitter was very professional and polite and has done a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had my landing, dinning room and main living room laminated also my stairs carpeted, the were recommended by a fiend and what a recommendation it was, from the first port of call to the finish they were exemplary, accommodating through out the procedure with help and guidance picking the flooring,on the day of fitting three lads turned up and they were just amazing, really nice people to deal with and so hard working, it has been a pleasure dealing with them and would recommend them with out doubt

Excellent service from the team instore and also the carpet fitters too.
Accommodated my needs for having carpet fitted over two separate dates due to moving into a new build. Would highly recommend. The guys who came to fit the carpet did a fab job and even took away the offcuts/ rubbish which neighbours have been left with from other companies.

MCK have now (bar 1 room) completely covered my house with beautiful carpets and high quality laminate flooring. They are competitively priced, efficient and friendly professionals. My final room will be definitely carpeted by them also!
