MCM UK Media Ltd レビュー

An excellent company to work with, communication we cannot fault and the quality of the work is very professional.

Further to my concerns and comments earlier on I was delighted that the managing director , Karen resolved my issue respectfully and timely. I was also grateful for their good will gesture which I will consider in due course. Thank you once again

Great service and high-quality appointment cards. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the cards were well printed and durable. Very reliable company — would definitely use again.

Continus update about faith, encouragement and folow up about life on general

All good. Fast and easy to deal with.
Thank you.

Bad experience
Looks like a scam

Really efficient service, any changes are made quickly and professionally.

Helpful tool in the surgery even in this technology driven time.

Our patients like to have their appointments written down and these are perfect with relevant advertisements . Far better than the scraps of paper we were giving.

Great little appointment cards - great customer service and quick delivery. Very happy with everything!

Very helpful customer service and good quality appointment cards.

A seamless and satisfying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others looking for this type of service

I work in a Doctors Surgery in Liverpool. These appointment cards are perfect for us. So professional looking. We have been using them for years. Any time we run out, it is very easy to order more and quick delivery.

Fantastic service - patients are always needing appointment reminder cards and MCM provide a fast efficient reliable service. Much appreciated :-)

Fabulous cards for all of our patient's, exactly what we need, really easy to use, patients love them!

The team have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Julie was attentive and catered to our needs and now we’re seeing an uplift in business because of it. Couldn’t recommend them enough and I’m so glad we took this step in our business journey!

Really awful company STAY CLEAR !! They promoted an advertised appointment card to us told us a price and increased in the invoice without telling us total price. Said they have started the work and threatened legal action. NO MORALS BAD BEHAVIOUR SCAMMERS ALERT!!! They don't even have a google business profile I wonder why ? If you have found the reviews on here before you have signed with them your one of the lucky ones

This company called to offer advertising space in a leaflet they were doing for a local GP practice, sounded interesting but said I wouldn't commit till checking it out with the GP practice who advised me they had no relationship with the company and to steer clear as it was clearly a scam. They then bombarded me with invoices and threats of court action, unless I paid. This is another SCAM / fake company / do not get involved and if you do, check thoroughly what they have done as you will likely have grounds to sue them to get your money back.

Pushed advertising onto us with no quote or mention of cost. Agreed to have a look into what they propose, but never agreed to any costs. Then all of a sudden we get a bill for £950 which we never agreed to! There's no way we would have signed up to that, so we said hang on a minute, we never agreed to anything at all! They said, too late we've done the work now! What work?! They didn't even show us! Just invoiced us for a while, which we ignored, and then came the threats of court action! Be very, very careful with this company, they work to zero morals and karma will not be kind to them.
EDIT SINCE REPLY: You're either lying (most likely since that falls in line with your morals) or you've lost my details (also in line with being incompetent and completely dishonest). You scammed me out of a lot of money, and that's the harsh and brutal fact I have to deal with.
