Very pleased with stones and slabs i ordered. Delivered with care by nice friendly driver

Wasn't sure what to expect but driver dropped two builders bags of stone exactly where I needed them. This saved me an awful lot of heavy work.

Seamless ordering process. Kept informed at all times. Arrived bang on time. What's not to like?

Online order of bulk bags straightforward and quick delivery. Handled Tel adjustment when I realised a item missing practically at the point of despatch!

I bought a bottle of white spirit at £14.89 as I was painting and thought I might run out of my current bottle before I finished. I didn't need it so I returned it the next day for a refund. I was told at this time I would not have my full refund as I would be charged a 15% restocking fee so instead of £14.89, I was given £12.66. When I returned home and checked their website, it stated that you should receive a full refund on items like this within 14 days. If I had known this prior to my purchase, I would have driven 10 minutes further to B&Q, who have no issues returning items for a full refund. I will definitely not be shopping at McNairs in the future, so please be aware of this before you make a purchase.

Just delivered 26plts of turf to them. Wish all builders merchants were like them. Brilliant staff. Tipped and out within 15mins. Excellent
