Both Nick and his two removal people were exceptionally kind, down-to-earth, friendly and easy to work with to organise the timing and collection of my things, despite being during the festive season. The process of getting a quote and eventual collection and loading onto the van was so clear and straightforward, it felt very reassuring in the midst of a stressful time. I needn't have worried I'd be reprimanded for having about 4 extra boxes than I'd originally estimated - they took it in their stride. I'd highly recommend them.

Proper removal firm. Friendly crew. Have used them twice now and would use them again without hesitation.

This is the second time I've used Nick and the Manchester Removals team and I will never use anyone else. They were so accommodating when my move kept shifting around, lending me boxes when I needed it, and then when I had way more stuff than anticipated, gave a solution that was still low cost.
Every member of the team was kind, friendly and just got on with the job and never made me feel like a problem (even when my stuff filled the whole van). I cannot recommend them enough.

Second time we used their service and I will never try anyone else. Superb service and really nice people. made the bad experience of moving home sooooo much better. Thank you.

I would like to express our appreciation of the packing and removal service we received from Marie, John and James on Thursday 23rdvNovember. The handling of our move to Heaton Moor was fast and efficient, done with care and attention and in a very pleasant and friendly manner. We couldn’t have wished for anything better and we were sorry to see them go! We seem to have been opening boxes ever since and it’s become obvious just how well the packing was done.

James and Clint were fantastic from start to finish, they arrived early and had the van filled in record time, making sure to move everything carefully.
Unpacking the other end was the same story and I genuinely can’t recommend them enough.

The team were fantastic. I had 2 phone calls ahead of my move to discuss requirements which I really appreciated and received speedy responses from any emails/ WhatsApp's sent ahead of the big day. The team that arrived on the day were on time, super organised and efficient. They arrived with a plan and then executed it surprisingly swiftly. On top of that they were also really polite, friendly and reassuring. They were proper sound lads and when I was nervous about my sofa fitting through the doors they assured me they would sort it and indeed they did. Going above and beyond even taking a window off to get the sofas in. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service end to end- would recommend them to anyone.

We cannot praise Manchester Removals & Storage enough, they were fantastic from our first communication. Followed up our request to quote with a video call to assess the contents of the house, provided an additional van for garden items and planned collection around the weather. Were a calming influence on the move day and effortlessly emptied the house with good humour. Everything was well packed, protected and delivered to the rooms of choice with no damage. The team were most helpful when we had an unrelated crisis with a water leak. An excellent service overall.

Outstanding customer service. Every part of my service with Manchester Removals was dealt with by professional staff who care about their customers and provide excellent service. I contacted Manchester removals very last minute and they managed to remove some furniture that I needed to store due to a leak in my property. From my initial enquiry to the furniture being returned I've been extremely happy and will recommend this company to everyone I know.
