Ordered 3 men’s hats and received no shipping information, tracking info, nothing. Emailed customer service and they did respond but the delivery took 6 weeks. They also come directly from overseas and are TINY. Apparently men’s head sizes in Asia are way smaller

Ich habe die Ware nie bekommen. Und das Geld auch nicht zurück bekommen. 60 US$ Warte seit 5 Monaten. Mehrere Emails mit der Aufforderung gemacht und das Geld zurückgefordert.

I have had the worst experience with this company ever! I never received the discount. I didn't get the tape that was advertised on social media's, Instagram. I sent them all the information that was requested of me and they offered me $8.00 that I have yet to receive.

I purchased some lights on meallwants.com. Thinking they were so nice I ordered two sets which cost me NZ$80.28. Eventually they arrived after quite a wait. I was so disappointed as only one set worked. But I thought not to worry as they offer a guarantee. How wrong was I.... they offered me $7 compensation plus I had to send them a video of them not working. Then they asked me to prove they were not damaged in transit....WHAT... how on earth do I do that. So I got nowhere, they refused to refund me for the set that was faulty. So much for their guarantee. Best avoid this company in CHINA
