Awful. Sent me bootleg Timberland shoes with no logo, and look nothing like the photos. Refuse to provide more than a 30% refund because “…Return shipping costs and customs duties are rather expensive”. Worst customer service I’ve received from an online vendor.
Total fraud and scam, they are not selling official brands. They sent me a pair of probably the cheapest looking and put together shoes I have ever seen in my life. Avoid do not fall for it. No way of contacting them, they are in China.
False advertising shows a timberland product and they send you a different product and the wrong product from what you ordered. When you contact them you can’t get your money or product exchange for the correct one . Super bad customer service . They say they are in UK but they are in china. Never buy from them they are a fraud.
The boot that I ordered is nothing like what I received. This is a joke of a company! Do not buy anything from.
Scam company offering name brand shoes, what they send you don’t have name brand logos and looks like it was put together by a 7 year old. Horrible horrible quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
