Spot on, brilliant service

Ordered glass 3rd July £325 nothing yet told it will be this week commencing 9th September this was when I asked for refund I shall keep this site posted

If everything I read on here and no one is getting a refund I reckon consumer law and possible more site should be taken down

I ordered samples 2 months ago and paid fully. After chasing a month later to be told they were in the post and would arrive, nothing did and still hasn't. I chased again and no reply, nothing. I then requested a fill refund and cancellation of the order.
No reply
No refund and really hard to get any response!
It's been weeks and weeks now but still nothing and I'm still waiting! Stay away from this company

I placed an order with me and my glass on the 19 August .After many emails and requests for delivery dates and return replies of delivery To date I have not received my order The payment for the goods was in his bank account on the 19 August I Still have not had my goods I would not recommend this company don’t use this company

I really recommend this company from start to finish the process was excellent.
Samples arrived on time and was excellent.
Ordered the glass and it came a week early packaging was first class really pleased.
I’ve recommended my cousin who has now ordered some glass.
Only downside you can’t call anyone.

Highly recommend, I ordered some samples of antique mirrors first and then 2 large bespoke cut mirrors. They stated 4-6 wks arrival but arrived about 3.5 wks with a lovely courier and wrapped expertly. Great service

We fit a lot of bathrooms and was after some fluted glass for a shower enclosure, quick Google search and found me and my glass.

Great service, item arrived cut to size and undamaged. I was initially put off by the TrustPilot reviews and contacted customer services but I was assured that everything would be okay. My advice is to check the website for the delivery times. Most items are 4 to 6 weeks. Our made to measure glass arrived in just under 5 weeks. I spoke to customer services during this time via email and never had an issue with getting a response. Again, the email response time says 1 working day. Would recommend

This company is either a scam or grossly incompetent. During a wait of almost 3 weeks for my order, I got in touch via email and spoke to someone aloof and unhelpful over the phone. Despite being assured he was looking into it, nothing has arrived. One star is too many.

An excellent service. Had to have a piece of glass cut to fit our log burner. Followed the simple instructions to make a template. Posted it off. Turnaround to the Isle of Mull was about a week. The glass came incredibly securely packaged.
Very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a replacement glass garden table top. The form was easy to complete on line and it arrived earlier than anticipated, well packaged and delivered with care. Easy to fit and the table looks like new !

Great quality item and fit our space perfectly. Delivery was a bit of a wait but this was communicated prior to ordering. The only thing I would say is that I didn't receive any tracking details or notification of planned delivery for the item prior to it arriving so I missed the first delivery attempt. It was however delivered the next day with no issues. Would recommend the company

2 perfect pieces of glass cut to order and exceptionally well wrapped for safe delivery. Glass good quality and strong, exactly what was needed. Long time from order to delivery but to be fair, this was flagged up when ordering. Online order process could have been easier. Responsiveness to customer communication could be better.
