Ordered motorcycle lift great and quick delivery could not be more pleased

I am very pleased with the company and I can't wait to see my new lift in action.

Arrived all scratched up...shipping packaging could have been a lot better and one hose has already blown. Lets hope the thing holds up

Great people to deal with. Rudy was very knowlagable. Lift came when promised.

We received excellent service from Rudy, beginning with a phone call to find out about different lifts, to our delivery of the lift we purchased, and a new label for the side of the lift. (the original label was scratched during shipping).
We were extremely satisfied with the service from Mechanic Outlet, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had to dispute payment for my lift before a covered part was shipped to me. These people do nothing for the customer. All they want is your money. I will not buy from them again

I feel like they earned all 5 of these stars every day. I would give them 10 but 5 is all that is allowed. I am grateful to do business with such a helpful and supportive staff.

I thought the transaction was going to be an easy deal. I ordered a tire mounting machine and a wheel balancer. I also ordered adapters for doing motorcycle wheels. The adapters took an extra few weeks to arrive.
Don't use their financing, as it is a scam. I did, and I wish I wouldn't have. They set it as a lease for however long you agree to. Then you're on the hook for the total amount of the lease, not the equipment. This means you aren't able to buy the equipment when you have the capital unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money. i.e. Machines cost $3500. "Finance" for 36 months at 15.99% APR. $217/month for 36 months. Total balance owed is $7,812. If you call after 2 months to pay it off, you owe $7,800. Not anywhere near the price/value of the equipment.

Great job before buying, all through delivery, and after the lift arrived.

Mechanic Outlet is a superior company! I purchased a tire changer, balancer and wheel weight assortment from them at a very competitive price. I received all products in a timely manner in great condition. I dealt with a man named Rudy which had impeccable customer service skills. All communication with Rudy was fast and hassle free. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience with this purchase.

I told them what I was looking for and they found a lift the that met all my wants at a price less than I expected. Shipped right away for free.

Poor warranty support. I made multiple phone calls asking for assistance for an erratic tire balancer. Weeks would elapse and i would call again only to be told there was no record of my call or my issue. When a repair part was finally sent, it took 10 days to arrive. And it did not fix the problem. If you run a business with this equipment, do not expect timely and professional service to your concerns. A "bargain" price for unreliable equipment is not a wise investment. In my case, over $2000.00

Everything was as it was suppose to be nice people to work with and good pricing, what more can ya ask for ? ! ?
