I put off ordering a 2 post lift for years, wasn’t sure about shipping process and quality. After comparing many lifts from several companies, I am so glad I chose to go with Mechanic Outlet. As soon as I placed the order, a representative called me and we talked through the shipping options. It was a pretty painless process and since I had a tractor to unload it, I chose residential delivery. I ordered the lift and week later it showed up. Lift is great quality, heavy duty, and a great price. Will be recommending to all my friends.

When online credit app completed, “thanks, we won’t keep you waiting’ pops up. No contact for several hours, finally had to call the company. Great after that, but your message should be tweaked a little .

To start the order of my 2 post lift was placed online. I have never made a big purchase like this online. After making the purchase on a Sunday evening, I saw the purchase go through on my credit card. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. I had to call and inquire if the purchase went through. When I called I was assured it had gone through and the lift would be shipped the next day which was a Tuesday. I was told they would email a tracking number as soon as it shipped. Wednesday afternoon I called to get the tracking number and was told it had not shipped yet. I again called on Thursday and had the same response, again I call Friday and get the same response. I called Saturday morning and was told the shipping company forgot to pick it up. I advised them that if I did not have a tracking number By Monday morning I would request my money back. I called back late Monday afternoon and they gave me a tracking number. I tracked the shipment and met the driver at my shop. I unloaded the package and dropped it, The driver left and I proceeded to unpack the cellophane wrapped lift. I realized then there was no power unit as described in the online order. I called that day to speak with the sales rep. He advised me that it had to be lost on shipping. They were going to look for it. This was Thursday. I called again Friday. I was then told if they couldn’t find it, they would send me out a replacement. He would email me with the tracking details. I never received the tracking info. I called again Monday to be told they emailed me the tracking. I advised I did not receive the email. Tuesday I got a text and a email with the tracking and finally recieved the power unit a few days later. The lift I received is great. It works as promised and was a great value for the money. The experience on the other hand would definitely make me choose another company to buy from in the future.

There is no communication with the customers. Currently don't know we're my stuff is I ordered. I was looking for a company to support my auto shop with equipment so far I'm not impressed

Good people very helpful and not pushy sales people called with questions was understanding that I needed to put more thought into such a major purchase when it was time process went smooth. All companies should be like this

This was pretty funny I went directly to there office to order my lift and they said they have never had anyone come directly yo there office. They welcomed me in and they were very friendly and helpful, Kristi stopped what she was doing and took my order. Very friendly team.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were flexible with the shipping timeframe as well. The price on the lift was reasonable as well and I would definitely purchase an item from them again.

Paid in advance 2 weeks ago and no lifts still... I'm in Texas and the lifts were supposedly shipped from Texas so you do the math!

buy a BRANDNEW lift from this company and have it installed by this companies LIFTPRO installers..

lift is completely scratched up like its a used one.... but that's fine

the installer tells us there is a leaking fitting that he doesn't carry... so they will send me the part for us to install.

I am scratching my head as a automotive repair shop owner....if I tell my customer that the part we purchased for them and installed for them is faulty and charge them labor to remove and install it again... I think I am going to have a lot of problems... but B2B can just get away with this!

conclusion next time use another company and not LIFT NOT SO PRO... because delivering a lift that is completely scratched up on delivery is just NOT OKAY!!

The salesmen were friendly. The product was not complete when it arrived. The lift needed further work after install.

Love the lift, purchased a Dannmar 10k AS Rudy was great,fast shipping and installation.
