Purchase went well, product was back ordered but I knew that from the onset,salesman walked me through the process and after a few phone call for questions and answers on my part I have the hoist I wanted ordered and payed for, looking forward to the rest of the process.

I just recently i've purchased a 4 post 2 car storage and hired a local
professional installer, there was some issues claiming that one of the ladder was bent, called bendpak in the matter of less than 24 hours a service rep showed up and fixed the problem, basic lack of proper adjustments!
Very satisfied with their quick response!
